‘Music Saves Lives’ sponsored by Monster Energy celebrated it’s 5th year Anniversary at H. Wood in West Hollywood.  The party also supported Haiti relief.  Hosted by the former playboy beauty Carmen Electra, lots of celebrities walked the red carpet and gave their opinion on the ‘hot topic’ of the night circulating around Dancing With The Stars.

Hollywire’s very own Chelsea Briggs hit the red carpet and chatted it up with Miss Electra, Lacey Schwimmer, Cheryl Burke, Fame’s Walter Perez and MORE! Dancing With The Stars is totally changing up the cast!  Not only is Samantha Harris not returning (as we reported), many of the DANCERS are NOT returning, either!

HOLLYWIRE.com can exclusively report FIRST that Karina Smirnoff will not be on Dancing With The Stars.

Lacey Schwimmer & Jonathan Roberts will NOT be on Season 10 either.

According to Karina’s twitter page, when a fan asked if she was returning, the dancing starlet said:

‘Unfortunately, no.  xoxo’

Additionally, a source close to Smirnoff confirmed the news to Hollywire.

Don’t worry though, our personal favorite dancer, Derek Hough, WILL be returning.  Cheryl Burke is also onboard!

As for celebrity dancers?  Pamela Anderson is allegedly set to strap on her dancing shoes!

The full cast of DWTS will be revealed during The Bachelor season finale next Monday. Dancing With The Stars season 10 premieres on March 22, 2010!

According to Hollywood Life,  season 2 contestant, Tia Carrere, knows the reason behind Karina Smirnoff’s decision to leave DWTS:  She couldn’t handle working with her ex-fiance, Maksim Chmerkovskiy!

Tia told Hollywood Life exclusively:

“She’s probably trying to get over Maksim… They were engaged and they broke up, so I don’t know, it’s what I’d do.”

This week on Dancing With The Stars we say goodbye to two celebs and their dance partners.

The fourth couple to be eliminated is Debi Mazar and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Their Monday night Samba earned them a score of 17.

Surprisingly, Tom DeLay, who performed with stress fractures on both of his feet Monday, announced that he was forced to leave the show due to his injuries.

The 62-year-old Republican congressman has been in pain since he first started training with his partner, Cheryl Burke.

“They put me in Latin shoes with high heels, and my toes almost fell off the first week. So I went to a podiatrist, and I got a little problem with my feet. A cortisone shot cured me up.”

On the bottom of the score board this week were Michael Irvin with 14 points and Chuck Liddell with 17  points. Both celebs were luckily voted back for another week by their fan base.

EOnline.com reports that Republican congressman, Tom DeLay will announce on tonight’s result show that he’s leaving Dancing With The Stars due to dance related injuries.

According to E! he is suffering from a stress fracture in both of his feet. He performed last night against his doctors’ and show producers’ advice.

DeLay started feeling pain right after he started training with partner Cheryl Burke, before the season even premiered.

DeLay is not the first DWTS contestant to drop out of the competition. Jewel and Nancy O’Dell were replaced before last season’s premiere and last October, volleyball star Misty May-Treanor walked away mid-competition when she ruptured her Achilles tendon during practice.

We wish Tom a speedy recovery. The show won’t be the same without him.

Dancing With The Stars payed tribute to the late Patrick Swayze with three short dance performances done by the DWTS pros.

The tribute started out with Chelsie Hightower and Dmitry Chaplin breezing through Swayze’s own “She’s Like the Wind” from “Dirty Dancing” and then real-life husband and wife Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trebunskaya performed a romantic duet to “Unchained Melody” from “Ghost.” But the real clincher was the final “Dirty Dancing” routine, set to “Time of My Life,” with Cheryl Burke playing the part of Baby, and Tony Dovolani as Johnny Castle.

The tribute was amazing, fantastic, beautiful, and very touching. Cheryl and Tony did an amazing job recreating the infamous Dirty Dancing performance.

Ok this is just ridiculous. This dress isn’t even that cute. I liked it the first time I saw it and the second. By the third time I was laughing, now it has just turned into being totally ridiculous. These girls need to either fire there fashion consultant or get one immediately.

The dress doesn’t even look good on all of them. I think Cheryl Burke pulls it off the best. And I must add that she was the very first to sport it.
