Shia LaBeouf is not blame for the early morning crash that took place Sunday, the driver of the other car ran a red light and was actually cited for a moving violation on the spot. Shia’s DUI still stands, but the cause of the wreck was not his fault. The identity of the other driver has not been revealed. What has been revealed is the identity of Shia’s passenger. He was out with Isabel Lucas, a co-star in ‘Transformers 2′ and apparent party buddy.

Isabel (pictured above) is from Australia and this is her first American movie. Watch out Isabel, Shia has said in interviews that he always gets a ‘thing’ for co-stars, but soon moves on when filming ends. What a heartbreaker!

Sheriff’s Sgt. Kristin Aloma said the actor “was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication” and booked him on the misdemeanor DUI charge Sunday morning. According to his booking sheet, the normally lanky actor was listed as carrying 199 pounds on 5-foot-10 frame. Ding-Dang y’all, thats a whole lotta hunk! He must be all bulky from filming.

Hopefully he has learned his lesson, and thankfully no one else was hurt!

It is reported that Shia LaBeouf was involved in a car accident at about 3:00 AM Sunday morning at the corner of La Brea and Fountain in Hollywood. Shia made a left turn in front of another car and the two collided, causing Shia’s car to roll.

Paramedics were called the the scene and both Shia and the victim were taken to a local hospital. Shia had surgery on his left hand that was injured after he rolled his car. Law enforcement says he’ll be cited and released on suspicion of DUI misdemeanor.

There was a female in Shia’s car, and both she and the the male driver of the other car suffered bumps and bruises. Nothing serious; that’s why it is a misdemeanor and not a felony.

Shia has been in trouble a lot for someone who wants to focus on his craft and not do the whole party scene. First it was that Walgreens fiasco and then he was busted for smoking, twice! When is it going to end Shia?

Khloe Kardashian has been released from Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood County, CA at 1:29 p.m. Friday – a mere 173 minutes after entering the jail, the L.A. Sheriff’s Department announced on their site. Must be nice to be famous!

Both Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton did time at the same facility. But Nicole’s stay was only 82 minutes.

Now I am not saying that these party crazed celebs get any special treatment, oh wait, yes I am!

These party crazed celebs get nothing but special treatment! Remember when Paris had to actually do time? Everybody from her camp was all up in arms, but really if you are just an everyday Joe, then you would have to do time for your crime. I am just sayin’….

Khloe will also have to enroll in an alcohol treatment program — one of the terms of probation she failed to complete — within three weeks of her release.

Boo-hoo! The reason why she had to turn herself into custody in the first place was for not completing court ordered program and community service, why are they giving her a second chance?

Oh wait I know, she is famous for having a sister with a big ass and a sex tape.

Michael Vick’s brother Marcus has been arrested for a DUI. Police spokesman James Robertson said 24 year old Vick was pulled over around 2:15 a.m. on Armistead Avenue in Norolk, Virginia after a brief police pursuit that began on Granby Street.

Along with his DUI, the football star was also issued citations for driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving, eluding police and driving on a suspended license. His mother must be so proud.

Marcus was released early this morning on bond, according to a spokesman for the city.

Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James were involved in an auto accident late Friday night in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The couple were being driven home around 9:50 pm Friday evening when 64 year old Lucille Gatchell crossed over into their lane and struck the front end of the private car that they were riding in.

When police arrived they issued Gatchell a field sobriety and breathalyzer test. Gatchell blew .20–that’s more than two and half times the legal limit people! And she’s stink’n 64!! Gatchell was arrested for DUI and failure to stay in her lane. Police Lt. Gerry Cook stated, “They were shaken up, needless to say. But they were fine - he was hugging her. Jess and Sandra were hugging. They said they were fine, they didn’t need medical attention.” Gatchell has been released from jail and is due in court on Tuesday. There were no injuries reported. Sandra has been in Massachusetts filming her new romantic comedy “The Proposal.”

Richie Sambora, the once-sexy Bon Jovi guitarist, who unfortunately looks like the epitome of unsexy in his mug shot, is the latest celebrity to be arrested for a DUI while driving along PCH–this arrest was in Laguna Beach, as opposed to Malibu, which seems to be the most popular location of most celebrity DUI arrests along the famed Pacific Coast Highway.

US weekly has reported that Richie was not alone in his car when pulled over by the police. One of the passengers was his 10-year old daughter, Ava.

Laguna Beach Sgt. Jason Kravetz said: “There were three females in the car, two of them were juveniles.”  So, now he’s likely to be charged with Child Endangerment along with his DUI.
Back in 2007, Sambora went to rehab twice. Once was in Cirque Lodge, Utah, the same place Lindsay Lohan went for her rehab.

Not long after Sambora entered treatment last June, for the second time, he appeared on the Today show to talk about his problems with alcohol. “I was just drinking too much and I needed to get my life together,” he said during the interview. “I’m still in therapy and stuff like that, but it’s good. I’m great. I feel fine.”

It’s horrible enough to drive home drunk but it is just tragic to have other people in the car with you, especially your kids who have no other choice but to go home with you.  He officially got my Loser of the Day award.

Barron Hilton was pulled over in Malibu at 8:30 this morning.  Apparently he pulled into a 76 Station when the police lights whirled on behind him and as he pulled into the station he bumped into one of the gas station employees with his car–oops!

Upon being tested he blew a whopping .14 blood alcohol level!  Wow!  Impressive for 8:30 in the morning–that must’ve been one hell of a night out for him.  Barron is only 18 years old to boot; so he’s literally screwed.  It’s being reported that he snuck out of his parents house last night and his parents didn’t know where he was or who he was with all night long.

Oh, and he was also charged for having a fake California ID…at minimum, since he is under the legal drinking age and he blew more than twice the legal limit for driving even if you are 21 years old, it’s expected that he’ll have his license suspended for at least 1 year.  He could also face jail time, but most first offenders get off with probation.
