Lebron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers has A LOT to smile about these days. Not that he didn’t ever before. The 6 ft 8 basketball ball star from Akron, OH got drafted out of high school in 2003 as the NBA number one pick and has been raking in the dough ever since.

Now with a new film out titled More Than A Game (as executive producer, he oversaw the final cuts), not to mention his book Shooting Stars to his estimated $28 million dollars in endorsements, we wondered “Just what will Lebron James do next?” And then, our question got answered. JIMMY KIMMEL and MATT DAMON.

You heard right, Lebron James proved he has the comedic chops off the court when he recently appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel show and talked about his movie, his mother and his mansion in Cleveland.

Then over a week later, Lebron showed up alongside Matt Damon (who Kimmel has an ongoing, comedic feud with) on the season finale of Entourage.

Now wouldn’t it be great if we could see a Lebron/Kimmel/Damon video on youtube? I suggest “I’m Dunking on Damon”……and you can say it all started here on www.hollywire.com 

Could it be that Vince’s Entourage is getting a little bigger??

Yes, it’s true.

I don’t know how this is happening, but Shad Moss, or as we know him- the rapper Bow Wow, is joining the fifth season of HBO’s Emmy-winning series.

He will play a stand-up comic named Charlie who becomes a new client of E’s (played by Kevin Connolly).

I never knew Bow Wow was a comedian.

Maybe he is just that good of an actor.

Like many musical artists before him, Bow Wow (who decided to take the Lil’ off his name a few years ago) is looking to make the transition from rapper to actor.

I hope he knows he has an uphill battle ahead of him.

“After 16 years in the music industry and six successful albums, I’ve decided to shift my energy to something else I’m passionate about, acting,” he said, “I’m going to try to be the next Will Smith.”

But it seems as if that is the only link between the two. Smith also started off as a rapper before taking a chance at acting. I guess Bow Wow just has to prove he has the same acting chops as Smith, let’s hope that shows on Entourage.

The 21-year-old rapper also landed a film role opposite Forest Whitaker and Isaiah Washington in the sports drama Patriots.

This Weinstein Company flick is about a high school basketball team in post-Katrina Louisiana.

He has also appeared in films including Roll Bounce and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and on TV’s Ugly Betty, Smallville and Moesha.

I love Entourage so I hope Bow Wow doesn’t ruin it for me or anything.

Does the thought of this young rapper joining the cast turn anyone off to the show??
