Russell Brand Makes Out With…JASON SEGAL?!

Posted on 04 February 2010 by Lexacahn

At the Stand With Haiti benefit concert in Los Angeles on Tuesday night, Russell Brand got onstage and laid a wet one on his “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” co-star Jason Segal.

Still no real explanation for this other than Russell Brand is a REALLY weird dude, but hey, now we can enjoy the pictures!

Ryan Seacrest announced during his morning show on 102.7 FM KIIS FM that Russell Brand will be hosting the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards!

The British comic-actor must have impressed MTV so much with his hosting skills from last year that they are giving him another go at it!

You may recognize Brand from his most recent roles in “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” with hotties Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell, and “Bedtime Stories”, with Adam Sandler.

Personally, I think Brand is hilarious!  I didn’t see last year’s VMA’s but from the looks of this interview with Craig Ferguson I’d say he is equipped for the job once more!

Forgetting Sarah Marshall

Posted on 17 April 2008 by Cindy

Forgetting Sarah Marshall movieSarah Marshall comes to Hollywood! Kristen Bell, Jason Segel, Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill, and others were on hand for the world premiere of Forgetting Sarah Marshall at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, CA Wednesday night. Also in attendance was Alyson Hannigan and Neil Patrick Harris, both there in support of their How I Met Your Mother co-star, Jason Segel. Train-wreck Andy Dick downgraded the red carpet with his mere presence; but, it was Sarah Marshall herself–Kristen Bell–who arrived in a sky blue Hawaiian themed dress, that radiated beauty and perfection.Forgetting Sarah Marshall is the latest film from the Apatow Gang and much like his other films, boasts a large amount of gross-out humor, male nudity, and a solid storyline which delivers a heavy emotional punch. Judd Apatow (40 Year Old Virgin & Knocked Up) says that the secret to his film’s success have been “an equal mixture of both d*** and heart.”For the past few months it’s been hard to avoid the thousands of billboards for Universal’s Forgetting Sarah Marshall:”My mom ALWAYS hated you Sarah Marshall”"Yes, you do look fat in those jeans Sarah Marshall”Yes, their vague marketing campaign is pretty annoying, but to discredit the film completely would be a huge mistake. The film is just as hilarious as mega-comedies like Super Bad and The 40 Year Old Virgin; and, it’s safe to say that the Apatow Gang has done it again with this film.Forgetting Sarah Marshall opens tomorrow–April 18th–and you definitely shouldn’t miss it!Kristen Bell of Forgetting Sarah MarshallScene from Forgetting Sarah MarshallKristen Bell and Russell Brand of Forgetting Sarah Marshall
