There were a couple of surprises on the list, I thought American Idol would have been higher and Joe Millionaire not to be there at all.

Rebecca Gayheart has confirmed reports that she and her husband, Eric Dane, are expecting their first child together!

The actress spoke to In Touch, saying:

“We’ve always wanted to be parents. I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom.  We’re absolutely looking forward to it.”

Of how the pregnancy is going, Gayheart added:

“I’m doing yoga and I’m walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour.  I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein.  I’m having a great, great time right now and loving my life.”

Congrats to the couple!

Last month, Gawker posted a 4-minute “naked tape” of Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart with former beauty queen, Kari Ann Peniche, naked and heavily inebriated. Nothing too special or entertaining, but for some reason Dane and Gayheart are super pissed off about the tape leak and are now, according to TMZ, suing Gawker for $1 million. They also want Gawker to take down the video from their website.

Gawker’s publisher, Nick Denton, says this about the lawsuit, “To quote the great Marty Singer–Eric Dane’s lawyer–if you don’t want a sex tape on the internet, ‘don’t make one!”

I totally agree. This lawsuit is ridiculous. Especially since there was nothing steamy about McSteamy’s lame ass video.

Although it was just recently announced, Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and her husband, music producer Chris Ivery welcomed a little girl into the world last week, on September 15th.  They have named their daughter, Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery.  This is the first child for both Ellen and Chris, who wed in 2007.

This news is coming so conveniently after the whole naked tape scandal don’t you think?

Life&Style is reporting that Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart are expecting a baby.

Sources close to the couple are saying that they have been trying to have a baby for a while now, but have been having trouble since they got married in 2004.

The source says, “Having a baby has been a top priority of the past six months. She turned down the role of Penn Badgley’s mother on Gossip Girl because it was based in NYC and she didn’t want to be away from Eric or travel that far.

“It was bad for her health. She also turned down a Hallmark movie and a Lifetime movie because she was trying to have a baby.”

Neither of their reps have confirmed this news yet. I kinda hope this news isn’t true. I think Rebecca needs to fight her drug addiction problem before she gets pregnant.

So this week it’s a toss up. You pick which is more freakish: a man murdering his wife, stuffing her in a suitcase, than throwing her in the trash OR two celebrities inebriated and naked with a madam on film?

The first freak this week is ‘Meagan Wants A Millionaire’ contestant Ryan Jenkins who was charged with murder this morning. Jenkins’ wife, Playboy model Jasmine Fiore was reported missing and found dead days later by police in a dumpster.

More and more info is being released about Jasmine’s murder. Apparently after strangling her to death, Jenkins removed all Fiore’s fingers and teeth to hinder any attempt of her body being identified.

Surveillance video footage has surfaced of Jenkins leaving a hotel with a suitcase  Friday morning, that may have contained Fiore’s mutilated body. The footage catches him leaving with out checking out and with out his wife. Fiore is never seen leaving at all.

The hotel L’Auberge Del Mar near San Diego was searched twice this week by detectives. Fiore and Jenkin’s room had no evidence of blood, so it appears her body was mutilated somewhere other than the room.

Fiore’s cell phone was found and it was discovered that she had texted her ex- boyfriend Robert Hasman numerous times Thursday night. In one message Fiore tells her ex that she wants to leave and met up with him in Vegas.

And in and eerie twist, Hasman received a text saying “suck it” Friday night from Fiore’s phone. The message was sent long after Fiore was dead.

Once his face was plastered all over the news as a suspect, Jenkins fled to Canada by foot. The U.S. Marshall is working with the Royal Canadian Police to catch this murder.

I hope they find this creep and he gets put away for life.

AND NOW FOR THE ERIC DANE STORY:

Naked video of Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane with his wife, actress Rebecca Gayheart, and madam Kari Ann Peniche was leaked on the internet on Monday.

The LAPD are investigating this case due to the tape containing “images that could link celebrities engaging in illegal activity.”

The LAPD  have confirmed that they have been given a DVD with the video footage along with “articles and photographs of porn stars and formally convicted madams, which could readily be found over the internet.”

It was reported that the tape was leaked by Peniche’s roommate, Mindy McCready. But McCready’s rep denies these allegations.

I don’t think anything will happen to these celebrities other than a slap on the hand. I mean Rebecca Gayheart was found guilty of manslaughter but do you see her paying her dues in jail, nope.

Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, made headlines yesterday when his XXX tape, featuring himself, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and madam Kari Ann Peniche, spread like wildfire on the Internet.

Dane’s Lawyer, Marty Singer, is furious with the media and the public that they are calling this scandalous tape a “sex tape” when there apparently was no sex involved, just nudity.

“This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public,” said Singer.

The statement continues: “Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape.’  It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it.  If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”

In the “nude tape,” the threesome appear to be high on something and they discuss their “porn names” and later the tape ends with Rebecca and Kari Ann in the tub naked talking gibberish about rubber ducks.  Really not that interesting.

Here is a strange twist to the story:  The non-sex tape was in Kari Ann’s possession not Eric or Rebecca, the footage was taken at Kari Ann’s apartment, and she has a theory on who leaked it.

Kari Ann tells TMZ the video featuring the whacked-out naked trio was shot more than two years ago in her apartment.  Kari Ann insists there was absolutely no sex involved — they played dress up and the two women then soaked together in a bathtub as Eric called “action” behind the camera.

Kari Ann says the video was stored on the hard drive of her computer, but stolen by Mindy McCready, who was her roommate after the two completed a stint on the TV show “Celebrity Rehab.” Kari Ann says she got into an argument with McCready over money and believes the singer took her hard drive when she moved out. Kari Ann freaked out about certain personal information about her on the hard drive and filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.

Last month there was a summit between Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy. Their reps hammered out a deal as to who got what on the hard drive.  Eric got full rights to the video and everyone assumed that was that … until the tape surfaced on the Internet today.

So a little song, a little dance a little betrayal down your pants.

Singer has already threatened a lawsuit against any site that publishes the video, so it’s sure to get buried real soon.  Did you happen to catch the video?  What were your thoughts about the scandalous tape?

T.R. Knight who plays the adorable George O’Malley on Grey’s Anatomy, or should I say played, was rumored to be leaving the show with best friend and fellow co-star Katherine Heigl for quite some time. The rumors have finally come to an end as the truth comes out. Katherine Heigl is signed on to Grey’s for two more seasons and sadly, T.R. Knight will be making his final appearance on the show’s season premiere which airs Sept. 24.

The last we saw of the guy was him lying on a hospital bed in Seattle Grace, unrecognizable due to 3rd degree burns covering his entire body. He was listed as a “John Doe” until he motioned with his hands to Christina that he was “007,” an inside joke from a previous episode.

Meanwhile, Knight, reveals to the magazine for the first time why he decided to ditch Seattle Grace…

Like Heigl, Knight was not happy with his character’s diminishing screen time with no explanation:

“My five-year experience proved to me that I could not trust any answer that was given [about George]. And with respect, I’m going to leave it at that.”

On his relationship never being the same with creator Shonda Rhimes after she apparently discouraged him not to come out after Isaiah Washington busted out the f-word:

“I think she was concerned about having my statement come out so close to the [initial] event.”

On knowing that not everyone will understand or apprectiate his decision to leave a $14 million paycheck:

“There are a lot of people who would like to be in my position,” he acknowledged. “But in the end, I need to be fulfilled in my work—that’s more important than the money. [So] that’s the goal. If I’m lucky to ever work again.”
