Lindsay Lohan’s assistant struck a paparazzo with Lindsay’s BMW 650.

According to TMZ, The accident occurred this morning as Lindsay was leaving Hotel Cafe in Hollywood.  Lindsay’s assistant pulled the car up and after Lindsay jumped in she took off, hitting a paparazzo and knocking him to the ground.

The pap suffered a minor injury to his hand and wrist, EMT’s were called and  a police report was filed.  Now Lindsay’s assistant is a person of interest in a criminal assault with a deadly weapon investigation.

Personally I think if the photog is stupid enough to stand in front of a moving vehicle he is responsible for his own injuries.  Seriously, look at the old photos of Britney Spears being surrounded by paparazzi… They don’t give the stars any room to move.

26 year old country singer, LeAnn Rimes, is being accused of a hit-and-run.

The alleged incident occurred yesterday, August 20th, at around 7:45 p.m. in Brentwood, California.  LeAnn is accused of rear ending a car and leaving the scene of a traffic accident.  A rep for the LAPD stated,

We can confirm she was involved in some type of traffic accident.  She was questioned and released.  It’s an ongoing investigation.

LeAnn’s rep responded with,

There was a routine police investigation into this incident, and a police report was filed.  We are confident that this matter will be resolved shortly and LeAnn will be cleared.

It doesn’t seem like LeAnn’s style to flee the scene of an accident.  I think her name will be cleared.  What do you think?

Some jerk hit Drew Barrymore’s car Monday night and kept going! Drew was not injured when she was rear ended in West Hollywood, she did however take off after the guy when he failed to stop! Drew followed the car and took down the license plate number, which is what the cops need to track down the perp.

Police commented stating that no arrests have yet to be made and to caution others to not follow anyone in an attempt to procure your own justice as it could be dangerous. Luckily for Drew nothing happened.

A police report was filed in Hollywood today against Benji Madden for a hit and run accident. The accident happened last night as Benji and Paris left the Hollywood nightclub Foxtail. The couple’s car was immediatly swarmed by paparazzi and Benji ran over one paparazzo’s foot. The paparazzo let out a loud scream and Benji stopped briefly to check it out, then took off. It is uncertain if Benji or Paris even know of the police report yet. I think that Benji and Paris are the victims here. It is hard enough to avoid accident in normal driving conditions let alone having your car swarmed by paparazzi flashing bright lights in your face. If you are stupid enough to stick your foot under a moving car you deserve to be ran over. Benji should not be held accountable for this accident.
