The late Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, Vergie Arthur, is suing TMZ and Howard K. Stern for ruining her image. Vergie claims that TMZ and Howard K. Stern ruined her image by running a story titled, “Vergie has a son with step-brother.”

She filed the lawsuit on Monday in a Texas State court. The legal documents state that, “Their goal was simple - to ‘destroy’ anyone that was opposed to Howard K. Stern or his interest.”

I hope that is not her only argument because I don’t think anyone really cared about Howard K. Stern or his interest and as far as her image is concerned she tarnished it herself years ago.
