Rihanna is the #1 rudest celebrity that is!  When it comes to fan appreciation I think Rihanna beats out Will Ferrell for the number 1 spot of the list of the worst.  While making an appearance at the WeHo private school that Heavy D’s children attend, Rihanna completely ignored the children at the school across the street.  The young kids were yelling out her name and she didn’t even turn and wave. Rihanna acted as though they were not even there. Perhaps it is time Rihanna gets a little reminder who pays her bills. YOUR FANS!!
