Brad and Angelina’s house keeper performed a “private person’s arrest” early yesterday on a an overly-assertive paparazzo after he was caught trespassing on Pitt’s property.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to Access Hollywood that 25-year-old Eric Mitchell, who calls himself a freelance reporter, was arrested around noon at Pitt’s Hollywood home.

Pitt’s home is located in a gated community and it is not known how the man gained entry.

Mitchell is currently being processed and after bail is set, he will be released. He will be arraigned at a future date.
