We had the honor of popping into Jeff Conaway and Vikki Lizzi’s dual birthday bash at Area in West Hollywood earlier this week.  (FYI, the guys working the door at Area rival the dunces at Les Don’t Les Duex on the a’holeometer scale, but once you get inside, it’s a super chill hot spot).

Anyhow, Marilyn Manson was supposed to make a guest appearance, but I guess partying like a rock star just wasn’t in the cards for him a couple nights ago, because he never showed; but everyone else had a blast!

I’m so off-track here! Now back to the subject at hand–partying in honor of Jeff & Vikki’s Birthdays!

Corey Feldman and his wife, Susie Sprague-Feldman, were there to wish the couple Happy Birthdays; as well as Gary Busey, Mary Carey, Vikki’s brother, Jay Luna, and, model, Amber Smith–just to name a few.

While most of the attendants are coming off the recent 21 days of rehab with Dr. Drew for the 2nd season of Celebrity Rehab , we found it a bit curious that many of them had drinks in their hands all night…hmmmm….hard to know if it was just juice & soda in those glasses.  What do you think?  I guess we’ll have to watch this season to see how the treatments go.  Celeb Rehab 2 is slated to premiere later this month.

Speaking of Celeb Rehab — we’ve got the scoop on some extra casting!

You see, a guest at the party (we’re not naming any names here!) kinda let it slip that Dr. Drew checks Vikki into rehab this time around. Makes sense–get to the source of some of the problem.

I’m sure you all remember that last season Dr. Drew told Vikki that Jeff and her were co-dependent and attempted to confront her about her own drug problem.  The confrontation didn’t go over so well, so I’m willing to bet that Vikki didn’t transition so smoothly into the treatment program this time around.  And, selfishly, I am anxiously awaiting to see how it all pans out.  I feel selfish because, come’on, we’re talking about people’s lives here, not just another reality TV show, you know?

Anyhow, back to the Birthday bash… you know who else was there?  None other than Ron Jeremy.  He had no problems finding some ladies to hit the dance floor with…and everyone in the club wanted to take pictures with him.

In fact, whenever Vikki, Jeff, or Corey Feldman left their roped off VIP area, they literally got bombarded by fans wanting to take pictures with them, give them hugs, shake their hands, etc.

Gary Busey mostly stayed safely behind the ropes once inside the club.  But, before entering the club, paparazzi were storming the sidewalks trying to get a shot of him–doing what?  Entering the club?  Oh, how scintillating.  That had to make for some extremely boring footage; but seeing how eagerly they were trying to get the shots, they must not of thought so. Unfortunately, our pic of Gary Busey is from early on in the night and boring as well, but here ya go…

We attempted to get some pictures of everyone in attendance, but it got so packed so fast that it was just impossible….like, we completely missed the opportunity to get pictures of pro-surfer, Kelly Slater, some pro-skaters, some guys from A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila & innumerous others…  But, we did manage to get a shot of Bobby Trendy for you…

So, all in all, even though Manson didn’t grace us with his dominating presence, everyone else in the club had an awesome night; staying well past drinking curfew, and helping Jeff and Vikki have an amazing birthday celebration…the DJ even played a Grease song in honor of the birthday boy!
