Britney Spears has agreed to give Kevin Federline sole legal and physical custody of their two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.

K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told E! News that,

The case has been settled.  As of this evening there is a fully executed deal memo…All the issues that would have been addressed at trial have been settled.

According to the agreement Kevin retains his sole legal and physical custody and Britney will continue to have visitation rights.  According to Kaplan, “Kevin was not [out] to get custody.  Kevin’s goal was to set up some kind of template so the mother of his children can coparent.”

Do either one of them parent at all?  The kids are always with their nannies.

A custody trial is set for August 25th after Kevin Federline and Britney Spears fail to reach a custody agreement.

K-Fed’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said,

The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid a trial…The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.  Kevin is seeking to maintain the sole legal and physical custody that he presently has.  Kevin has had sole legal custody since January.  He wants that to become the permanent order at trial, and the visitation to be consistent with what the court expanded it to this week.

Britney has come a long way since January and her visitations were expanded earlier this week to include overnight stays along with two day visits a week.

Although Britney appears to be mentally stable, we can’t forget that her dad, Jamie, is still in control of her life.  Besides I can see why Kevin would want to maintain sole custody of his little paychecks boys.  How can he trust Britney to care for her children if she is still unable to care for herself?

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were back in court today, June 24.

Britney Spears custody agreement was changed as a result of today’s hearing. Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman, Alan Parachini, stated that, “There was a change in visitation status that was ordered by Commissioner Gordon this morning,” and that he was, “not at liberty to answer any questions about the nature of the change.”

Britney Spears, her dad Jamie, and Kevin Federline were all present for today’s hearing; however, Britney and Kevin did not address each other. They last appeared in court on May 6th and Britney was granted extended visitations with the possibility of overnight stays by the end of the month. Rumor is that today’s ruling was in favor of the pop star having overnight visits with her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

It is good to see that Britney doing well and putting her family back together. They make such a cute family.

Her next custody hearing is scheduled for July 15th.

This rumor makes me a little sick to my stomach. Jamie Spears has supposedly offered Kevin Federline a good lump sum of money (Britney’s money no doubt) in order to get back together with his daughter Britney. I don’t quite understand why he would want that low life moocher to be part of his daughter’s life again. The guy doesn’t even have a job. I would think he would want a man who could actually love and take care of Britney not love and take care of her bank account. Anyways, here is the the article.

“Jamie Spears has offered the one-time backup dancer $4.5 million to remarry his emotionally shaky ex-wife, Britney Spears. Celebrity insiders say Jamie, has been “buttering Kevin up” with a mirage of pricey presents, like golf clubs, watches, and a plasma TV.”

But making out “very well” may not be enough for the Ultimate Male Gold-Digger. Kevin’s reportedly holding out for a $20 million payout offer from Jamie before he will agree to sweep his pop star ex off her feet once again:

On Tuesday, May 27th, America’s favorite “baby daddy” and “Father of the Year”, Kevin Federline, lost his 5-year-old daughter Kori at the ‘Happiest Place on Earth.’

Phew! No worries, Britney fanatics fans, it was one of Shar Jackson’s kids.

Sources told HollyWire that the child, wearing a bright yellow Belle Costume, was left roaming alone near the Finding Nemo ride. When an employee asked her where her parents were, she said she didn’t know.

She was then asked the standard who-what-when-where questions:

Disney employee: What’s your name?

5 year old daughter of K-fed: Kori

Employee: How old are you?

Kori: 5

Employee: What’s your parent’s name?

Kori: Kevin

Aw, adorable. No, sweetie, daddy prefers “K-Fed.”

Little did the employee know that “Kevin” meant Kevin Federline! About ten to fifteen minutes after the employee found the lost little Kori, a frantic nanny spotted her and came running over.

“She was freaked out and started yelling at the kid, asking her why she wandered off,” said the source.

While we cannot name our source (who has asked to remain anonymous), we did get confirmation from Kori’s mom, Shar Jackson, that Kevin did take all the children to Disneyland yesterday.

Thank goodness Daddy Kevin and the remaining 3 kids stayed put with other park employees. They didn’t want him getting lost, too.

I’m sure Kevin didn’t sweat it too bad, though. He just needs to be extra careful with the kids he made with Brit. Those are daddy’s little bundles of limitless money joy. (Too harsh, I know–but how could I resist?)

Listen, K-Fed, a little advice - just like rapping, you need to keep parenting to the professionals.

Some of Britney Spears’ friends claim that her bloating stomach is nothing more than “water retention,” but other sources revealed today that the pop princess is indeed pregnant.

Britney has reportedly been desperate to have a daughter and hopes that the baby she is carrying now will be the girl that she always wanted.

The real shocker isn’t that Brit is pregnant for the third time, it’s that its ex-husband’s K-Fed’s, baby.

“Brit’s desperate for a baby girl and she always wanted Kevin to be the daddy,” the source said. “She wants her daughter to have the same father as her sons and for them all to be one happy family.”

Sources added that Britney recently called up K-Fed to tell him the happy news. No word yet as to how he took the news. The custody battle over their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James is still going on, and K-Fed looks set to walk away with $58,000 a month in child support payments.

The dysfunctional relationship that is Britney Spears and Kevin Federline has just gotten stranger. That is, if you want to know about their sex life.

Even though the two are in the middle of a custody battle, they have remained close and call each other often. But Star Magazine reports that these frequent calls aren’t always to talk about the kids.

Let me just preface this by saying READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The magazine reports:

“Recently, when Britney was having a sleepless night, she decided to call Kevin at nearly 2 a.m. While they initially chatted about their boys - Preston, 2, and Jayden, 20 months - the conversation shifted. And as Britney hoped, Kevin knew exactly how to tire her out - with hours of erotic talk! “They have phone sex often - at least once a week,” an insider tells Star. “The one thing those two have in common is their need for sex, and after they get going, there are no holds barred.”

So I bet that’s some information you might not have wanted to know about these two. But really the question I want to ask is, how does Star Magazine know all these intimate details? I really doubt Britney called them up herself and told them this story. I guess I wouldn’t put it past her, but I think she needs all the good publicity she can get.

Honestly, though, this is really too much information. Why would anyone but Britney and Kevin need to know this? Or would want to? Some things are better left unsaid.

Britney Spears has a court hearing regarding her visitation rights scheduled for today, May 6th. The court will be determining whether or not Britney is fit to have extended visitation with her two sons.

Britney has had a court ordered psychiatric evaluation and has had a court appointed monitor accompanying her on all her visits with her sons. She is hoping that the court will see that she is no longer out of control and will increase her visitation rights and allow her sons to stay overnight with her. I think that the courts decision will be mainly based on the psychiatric evaluation and not so much on the monitor observation of her parenting skill.

Britney has definitely shown progress. She has regained some self-control, is able to communicate with ex-husband Kevin Federline, and has not had any psychiatric episodes lately. She appears to be getting her life and her career back on track. However, he dad is in control of her life right now. Who knows what will happen once his power is gone and Britney is free. For her sake and the sake of her children I hope she continues to stay mentally healthy.

Just look at the pictures, she is much happier when her children are in her life.

UPDATE: Although she did not all that she was asking for, I’d say that the hearing went in Britney’s favor. Her share of custody has been increased to three days of supervised visits each week and by the end of the month she may be able to have overnight stays. Her time with her sons will slowly increase over the next couple of months. Britney’s ultimate goal is to regain the 50/50 custody agreement that she originally had.

It’s going to be an amazing Mother’s Day for Britney Spears this year! She is on the right path to get her kids back, keeping out of the public eye and working out on the best comeback ever!

Beause of the continued improvements in the pop star’s relationship with ex-husband Kevin Federline, the rapper/dancer has agreed to let Sean Preston and Jayden James spend Mother’s Day (May 11th- mark your calendars!) with their mom.

Federline was given full custody of the kids after Spears staged a stand-off with police, emergency services officials and childcare experts when she refused to handover her sons after a scheduled visitation in January. We all remember this, and it definitely wasn’t pretty.

The couple has been battling the custody order ever since, but now Federline appears to have cooled on the issue - and he’s agreeing to let Spears spend more time with their sons. I think this is a step in the right direction for Brit and her sons!

A family friend tells Life & Style magazine that Federline is considering granting his ex overnight visits with the kids, after Spears filed a formal request with the courts. Yay! That means more rides in the blue wagon!

The insider says, “He hasn’t said yes yet, but he’s considering it.”

I forgot that she can’t even be with her kids overnight, that’s just heartbreaking. If she keeps on making improvements in her life this will definitely change for the better.

And, whereas Federline once reportedly dreaded phone chats with his ex, sources claim the couple has become friendly, with the rapper calling her his “lady” and Spears ending calls by telling her former husband that she loves him. K-Fed sure does know all the right things to say to woo a woman…

According to inside sources, Britney Spears and Ex-hubby Kevin Federline, more commonly know as K-Fed, shared a kiss earlier in the month while Kevin was picking their adorable kids up after a visit with their mama.Typically it is the bodyguards that are doing the picking up and dropping off of the boys, but lately K-Fed has been making the long trek to the front door to get his own kids.

Shocker! Actual contact?!

Kevin arrived at Brit’s home to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James from a visit on April 8 when they shared the intimate moment.

“They were discussing the boys and how they’re doing,” a family insider says, “when she suddenly got in close and kissed Kevin. She did it because she felt so close to him at that moment.”

How did that go over? “He loved the kiss, of course,” the insider disclosed. Kevin’s only concern was that they kissed in front of Sean, 2, and Jayden, 19 months. according to the insider he asked “Should we be doing this in front of the boys?” Her response: “We’re their parents, so why not?”
