Matt Damon and Michael Douglas will be starring as lovers in a new biopic about famed musician Liberace.
The two have signed on for a biopic about the life of American entertainer Liberace.
As you may know, Liberace was believed to be a homosexual, and had a live-in boyfriend who was much younger than he was. He sued Liberace for $113 million in palimony, despite the entertainer’s vehement denial that he was gay. According to USA Today , Damon will play Liberace’s lover Scott Thorson, while Douglas will play the main role.
Douglas told Canada’s Sun Media, “Matt’s going to be my young lover. Why not? God bless Matt. Hey, it’s easy for me – he’s in his prime. I said to him, ‘Matt, I love you, man. Boy, that ‘Bourne’ (series) must really be going strong.’ But good for him. He’s right taking chances. All those young guys – (George) Clooney – they’re taking risks… It’s smart trying to mix it up a bit and maintain those franchises and still get to do a picture that turns you on.”
In Matt Damon’s interview with MTV he says that he ran into Michael the other night and all Michael said was “Get your Chapstick ready.” This movie should be really interesting.

In this upcoming season of Gossip Girl, Ed Westwick’s character, Chuck Bass, will be kissing someone other than Blair Waldorf. It was revealed yesterday that Ed Westwick will be kissing actor Neal Bledsoe.
According to insiders, Chuck’s gay kiss happens in the sixth episode this fall after he meets Josh Ellis, NYU’s head of freshman affairs.
The reason for the kiss? Blair wants the position of delivering the freshman class speech so bad that she pimps out Chuck to the gay guy in charge.
The catch? 1. there is a catch, 2. we won’t believe what comes out of Chucks mouth after the two men lock-lips.
FYI: In the GG books, Chuck was somewhat gay or bi-curious, so maybe this kiss will open up the door for more same sex kissing from Chuck.
