Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have purchased their first home together. The home will be a bit of an upgrade from the high priced hotels the couple have been staying in since their September 2009 wedding.
The 8347 square foot home features:
7 bedrooms
9 bathrooms
A resort like pool and spa, complete with waterfall and cabanas
A gourmet kitchen
Dry bar, home theatre, steam room, gym, guest quarters, office, parking for 15 cars and fully landscaped gardens
The home, which cost $3.95 million, is located in the guard gated community of Mullholland Park Estates in Tarzana, CA and sits on a 32,717 square foot lot.
I think we are all still a little shocked that Khloe Kardashian is getting hitched to LA Laker Lamar Odom. I hope they can pull off a fabulous wedding in such a short time. Here is where things stand at this time, according to a source close to the couple:
Where: At a family friend’s home in L.A.—the Bel-Air residence of music mogul Irving Azoff
Guests: About 250, among them the extended Kardashian clan (including sisters Kim and Kourtney and stepbrother Brody Jenner), Odom’s Laker’s teammates, and several fellow E! personalities (including Ryan Seacrest).
Ring: She has it and is expected to debut it as soon as today. It’s ginormous.
Prenup? No confirmation either way, but Odom just inked a four-year, $33 million contract and a source tells E! News a prenup “has been discussed.”
Pregnant? Sources say she is not pregnant, just in love.
So Why the Rush? An Odom source tells us, “He got to that point in life where he wanted to settle down then she came into his life not long after.”
Reality star Khloe Kardashian and LA Lakers Lamar Odom have been dating for about a month now and are already talking marriage.
A source told Usmagazine.com, “Khloe and Lamar want to get married before Lamar has to go away for training, and the season starts up [this fall]. They are hoping to pull together a wedding within the next two weeks so they can get married and have a honeymoon.”
Khloe and Lamar met at a party in LA last month and have been inseparable ever since.
Kim seems pretty happy about the news. She recently told People.com, “They’re very, very happy. They are literally inseparable…Khloe thinks he’s amazing and makes her laugh and smile constantly.”
UPDATE:
It is being reported that Khloe and Omar are getting married this Sunday, September 27 because the Lakers are set to play their first preseason game on October 7th.
This whole wedding thing is a little too fast in my opinion. I hope Khloe’s not pregnant.
