‘Music Saves Lives’ sponsored by Monster Energy celebrated it’s 5th year Anniversary at H. Wood in West Hollywood.  The party also supported Haiti relief.  Hosted by the former playboy beauty Carmen Electra, lots of celebrities walked the red carpet and gave their opinion on the ‘hot topic’ of the night circulating around Dancing With The Stars.

Hollywire’s very own Chelsea Briggs hit the red carpet and chatted it up with Miss Electra, Lacey Schwimmer, Cheryl Burke, Fame’s Walter Perez and MORE! Check out the video to see what the DWTS dancers had to say about Karina’s departure, how they feel about the new contestants and their wishful dancing partners!

Dancing With The Stars is totally changing up the cast!  Not only is Samantha Harris not returning (as we reported), many of the DANCERS are NOT returning, either!

HOLLYWIRE.com can exclusively report FIRST that Karina Smirnoff will not be on Dancing With The Stars.

Lacey Schwimmer & Jonathan Roberts will NOT be on Season 10 either.

According to Karina’s twitter page, when a fan asked if she was returning, the dancing starlet said:

‘Unfortunately, no.  xoxo’

Additionally, a source close to Smirnoff confirmed the news to Hollywire.

Don’t worry though, our personal favorite dancer, Derek Hough, WILL be returning.  Cheryl Burke is also onboard!

As for celebrity dancers?  Pamela Anderson is allegedly set to strap on her dancing shoes!

The full cast of DWTS will be revealed during The Bachelor season finale next Monday. Dancing With The Stars season 10 premieres on March 22, 2010!

According to Hollywood Life,  season 2 contestant, Tia Carrere, knows the reason behind Karina Smirnoff’s decision to leave DWTS:  She couldn’t handle working with her ex-fiance, Maksim Chmerkovskiy!

Tia told Hollywood Life exclusively:

“She’s probably trying to get over Maksim… They were engaged and they broke up, so I don’t know, it’s what I’d do.”

While at the Kardashian’s Spring Bling event in Vegas, Lacey Schwimmer said she will most likely be dancing with Donny Osmond in next season’s Dancing with the Stars because he requested her as a partner.

I’m not the biggest Osmond fan, in fact, I find him pretty annoying, but maybe he’ll surprise all of us.

Lacey also put rumors of a relationship with Steve-O to rest at the event, as she spent the weekend in Vegas with her new boyfriend John Derek Guthrie (Paula Abdul’s back-up dancer).  Lacey was seen dancing and getting cozy with John at the party and sat on his lap during the VIP reception.

Sorry, Steve-O… your moves were just no match against John’s.

Perez is saying that Steve-O has internal bleeding from an injury he suffered while rehearsing for Dancing With The Stars!  They are waiting to get the OK from the doctor for Steve-O to start dancing again, and hopefully that happens!

I’m really going to cry salty tears if Steve-O cannot compete in Dancing With The Stars anymore.  I’ve been looking forward to this for WEEKS.  Everyone keep your fingers crossed for the Jackass!

Steve-O, the professional daredevil (or idiot, if you prefer) made famous by Jackass, is on the new season of Dancing With The Stars, and watching his debut waltz last night only confirmed my suspicions that he very well may be able to win the entire contest this season.  Steve-O is known for pulling stupid stunts such as stapling his ass cheeks together and waxing his eyebrows off, but he is also known for being an alcoholic and a drug addict.  He finally entered rehab in 2008 and apparently has been taking his sobriety very seriously ever since.  Steve-O is funny and charming and has a heart-warming story in that dancing is something that can help him maintain his sobriety, and if you watch the video of his waltz with partner Lacey Schwimmer, I think you’ll jump on the Steve-O bandwagon too.

PS: How cute is it that the rest of the Jackass is in the audience to support him!?

You’ve probably heard of them or seen them worn on a celebrity by now… Laguna Beach jeans.  They’ve been around for a year now, so in celebration of its anniversary and unveil the new Titanium Collection, the Laguna Beach Jean Co. hosted a celeb-studded party and fashion show at the Kress Rooftop in Hollywood.  Lots of stars came out to celebrate, including Maurice Green and Lacey Schwimmer from Dancing with the Stars, Kristen Renton, Claudia Jordan, Bai Ling, Sam Horrigan, Daren Brooks, Chad Tulik, Jesse Lewis, Yuval David (Days of Our Lives), and MC Michael Benz.  Even the Men’s US Olympic Silver Medalist Water Polo Team made it out.

Laguna Beach Jean Company has established itself as the first OC-inspired high-end apparel line. Denim is the basis of LBJC’s designs, but we saw everything from shirts, hoodies, tanks and accessories at the fashion show. Each design is named after a Southern California beach, which epitomizes of the area’s “sun, surf & sand” culture, and all of them will set you at “baller status” like Snoop and Britney, who rock their clothes.
