Lauren Conrad’s second book, Sweet Little Lies, has topped the New York Times bestseller list.

Lauren told People,

It’s so gratifying for my second book to be so successful and it was so fun to write!  The characters were already developed so I really enjoyed the process so much more this time around.  All the characters have become like my friends now.

Sweet Little Lies is the second novel in her three-book deal, her first novel L.A. Candy was also a bestseller.

In light of the Golden Globe Awards, many gifting and hospitality suites sprinkled the Hollywood scene this past weekend.  Among the most elite of events and with the most fabulously pampered celebs was ‘THE Hospitaity Suite: 2010 Golden Globes’ at the Pascal Mouawad Estate Presented by Live Loyal PR and EMC BOWERY.

The cast of Jersey Shore, Nicole Scherzinger, Lauren Conrad, Lo Bosworth, the Director of 500 Days of Summer Marc Webb, and many more came out!

Jersey Shore hit the Hollywood Hills on Friday (1/15). The entire cast of MTV’s mega-hit reality show finagled their way into THE Hospitality Suite for the Golden Globe Awards at the Pascal Mouawad Estate in LA.

While head guidette Snookie was gifted with diamonds from Mouawad Jewels and make-up from Valerie Beverly Hills, the boys of Jersey Shore certainly didn’t miss out.  ”The Situation” was overheard saying that he needs his lower obliques to be made juicy for the ladies so he picked out an Ab-Mat and a CORE Ball in the G2 Lifestyles Gym.

Real Housewife of Orange County, Gretchen Rossi, arrived with Slade Smiley to THE Hospitality Suite: 2010 Golden Globe  and enjoyed all the relaxing treatments. She spoke of her single coming out soon, which was written after she lost her husband to cancer. Proceeds will go toward leukemia and lymphoma charity. Slade praised Gretchen of how talented she is with her singing and writing.

The Hills were alive at the Hospitality Suite for the Golden Globe Awards at the Pascal Mouawad Estate in LA on Friday, too. Former MTV co-stars and real-life BFF’s Lo Bosworth & Lauren Conrad were seen enjoying poolside OPI manicures and each received diamond pendants from Pascal Mouawad.

Golden Globe Nominee and Director Marc Webb stopped by THE Hospitality Suite at the Pascal Mouawad Estate, and explained how excited he was for the Golden Globes and is just happy to know that film 500 Days of Summer was enjoyed by so many.

THE Hospitality Suite kept their doors to the Pascal Mouawad Estate open an extra hour on Friday (1/15) to accommodate Playboy Bunny and Hugh Hefner ex, Bridget Marquardt. While visiting the Valerie Beverly Hills studio, Marquardt, with her Producer beau Nicholas Carpenter, was overheard saying she only wears the “Bunny” colored gloss.

Hottie Ali Larter enjoyed her day at THE Hospitality Suite by getting her nails done by OPI.

Dancing with the Stars’, Lacey Schwimmer could not stop dancing while choosing her favorite tunes with DJ Ben Walker at THE Hospitality Suite by Live Loyal PR and EMCBOWERY.

Our favorite ’sassy’ and ‘hard headed’ fashionista Kelly Cutrone has landed her own reality show on Bravo called Kell on Earth!

As the founder of People’s Revolution and former boss to MTV’s Hills star Lauren Conrad and  Whitney Port, this lady-in-charge  definitely has a way in breaking down and chewing out all aspiring designers.

This surprise couple decide to skip the whole dating scene and went straight for the marriage.  Their wedding took place just days after the world found out they were a couple.

Miley broke Justin Gaston’s heart when she dumped him over the summer and she had us all fooled into thinking it was for Nick Jonas.  Many hoped that Miley and Nick had rekindled their romance, but turns out, this Disney star had her eyes set on someone else; Liam Hemsworth.  Miley stole Liam away from his Aussie love while they were filming The Last Song in Georgia.

The grand prize goes to… MUTUAL CHEATERS, LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian.  They fell for each other while filming, Northern Lights, and tried to deny the romance after being spotted outside a Malibu Inn, but as always the truth came out.  Both LeAnn and Eddie are now in the process of getting divorced and are no longer hiding their relationship.

Despite a huge ratings drop since Lauren Conrad’s departure from the show, there will definitely be a sixth season of the scripted reality series, according to Variety.

Do you guys even care?

Laguna Beach mean girl, Kristen Cavallari talks about her role on The Hills with TV.com.

Here’s what she had to say:

TV.com:  So, why did you decide to come back to reality TV?  Just for fun?  For the money?

KC:  Well, you know.  MTV had been asking me to join The Hills for the past four years, but I didn’t want to because it was Lauren’s show and I knew they would have made me and Lauren hate each other like they did on Laguna.  But with Lauren leaving, I thought it was a way to change the show up and make it more about my personality.

TV:  Based on your time on Laguna Beach, people sort of planted you as The Bitch.  You definitely got that same treatment when you arrived on The Hills.  Looking back on your Laguna years, do you think you earned that reputation?

KC:  It’s funny because on Laguna Beach someone was trying to steal my boyfriend, but I got labeled the bitch.  Kind of interesting how that came about… But, yeah, I’m very opinionated and I speak my mind.  I have a very strong personality.  And it’s very easy to label someone like that a bitch.  At the same time, I decided to do The Hills and I knew that’s how they were going to play it up, so I decided to embrace it and run with it and just have fun with it.

TV:  When your going to film a scene, how much do you know ahead of time?  Are the producers telling you what to talk about?  Is it less organic than that?  More organic?

KC:  ’Yes’ is my answer to all of those questions.

TV:  So are you having fun on the show?  Do you think you’ll stick around for awhile?

KC: Yeah, I mean we only film three days a week, which is great.  I can have my life, I can do other stuff.  Really.  I am enjoying it.  It definitely took some getting used to, but I’m having fun now.  We’re all going to Vegas tomorrow.  It’s exciting.

Kristin Cavallari wants you all to know that The Hills ratings slip is not her fault!  (insert a pout here)  Cavallari, who is over paid, told E! that

“No, they are not! We had one drop because of the Hip Hop awards on VH1, but then they went up the next week.”  And adds “At the end of the day it’s not up to me to make a great TV show, it’s the whole crew, the whole cast. It’s not just on me. I think to put all that pressure on me is pretty unfair.”

(insert another pout)

Others suggest that she is a poor replacement for Lauren Conrad, who abandoned ship left the cast last season.  Despite what Cavallari says, the ratings don’t lie, The Hills is down more then 30% over all and that is a huge hit to the former #1 show.  Maybe you are just not that interesting Kristin, ever think of that?  The Hills should have a ‘ripped from the headlines’ drama and do a number on Spencer Pratt’s lil sis, Stephanie, and that whole pesky DUI she has to deal with.

Maybe this will be the last season?  One can only hope.  Do you guys like it better with Kristin or Lauren?

The Hills Star was arrested at 3:45 am on October 18th after leaving Holly Montag’s birthday party at LA Hotspot, Empire.
