For the first time since losing custody of 3 year old, Sean Preston, and 2 year old, Jayden James, Britney Spears was allowed to take the boys on an out-of-state trip.  Britney and her boys left L.A. on Friday morning headed for her home state of Louisiana.  They are expected to stay for a week before returning home to daddy Kevin Federline.  Read the full story at usmagazine.com.

Jamie Lynn Spears has made the decision of giving her baby to her mother to raise.

Lynne Spears doesn’t believe that her daughter understands the consequences of being a teen mother, especially a famous teen mother.

Lynne has decided to raise Jamie Lynn’s baby back in their hometown of Louisiana, out of the spotlight, to try and give a normal life.

Lynne says, “she still wants her daughter to be able to be a teenager, go to parties, hang out with friends and still have a career. So she’ll take the front seat of caring for the baby and take the pressure of her daughter.” 

I’m glad that Lynne is helping out her daughter especially during this difficult time. But it makes me wonder if she is really the best candidate to take care of her daughter’s baby. I mean look at the way her two daughters grew up.
