‘Top Chief’ host and model Padma Lakshmi is pregnant with her first child and according to her reps, ‘its a miracle.’ Padma, 39, confirmed to Us Weekly that she is pregnant and that she is excited because she has been struggling for years with the medical condition endometriosis, which can lead to infertility.

“This pregnancy has been referred to by her physician as nothing short of a medical miracle, and due to its delicate nature, we ask/implore the press to respect Ms. Lakshmi’s privacy at this time,” Lakshmi’s rep said.

The father of the expected child has not been revealed, and the only reference to a potential father was a man named Manu Nathan, who works in Business & Legal Affairs at IMG talent Agency. He is supposedly just a cousin. She has also been linked to IMG’s CEO, billionaire Ted Forstmann.
