Trans World News has been reporting that there is a Zanessa sex tape going around. Apparently the story was told months ago and proven untrue. Now TWN is bringing the rumored story out again. But the story of course, is still untrue.

The report is that Vanessa is sitting under a Christmas tree wearing only a Santa hat, pasties to cover her breasts and a red thong with mistletoe decoration. Slowly Vanessa takes off her ‘attributes’ one by one and murmurers “I want Santa to come up my chimney because I’ve been a good little girl this year” at the end of her striptease.

This reported incident is actually from a postcard from the satire website Pug Bus. It is from September of last year.

So rest easy you Vanessa Hudgens fans. Hopefully she won’t be getting into anymore sex scandal trouble.

High School Musical’s leading man, Zac Efron is on the January/February issue of Details magazine.

In the interview with Details magazine, Zac Efron chats about the paparazzi and how high his star has soared.

When he was photographed shirtless, Zac Efron said, “The photographer left me a note with a disc of all the pictures, and on the note it said, ‘Thanks for the Range Rover!’”

His neighbors don’t seem to thrilled with Zac’s fame: “It annoys my neighbors that the paparazzi take all the parking spots.”

On his general fame, Zac Efron said, “It’s weird but I don’t feel like I deserve any of the attention. There’s really nothing but one audition for a Disney Channel movie that separates me from 2,000 other brown-haired, blue-eyed guys in L.A., you know?”

In the new issue of Seventeen magazine, High School Musical star Vanessa Hudgens opens up about her nude picture scandal.

In her interview with the magazine she revealed:                      “It was very traumatic, and I am extremely upset it happened. I hope all my fans can learn from my mistake and make smart decisions.”

Her manager was the person who gave her the news about the leaked nude photos:
“We heard some story was going to break in the tabloids, and I was like, ‘What?!?’ A few days later, the picture came out while I was on vacation in Australia. Thank God, I wasn’t home — it would have sucked. It’s very unfortunate because with the Internet these days, you don’t have a personal life. Nothing is private: Everyone knows everything, and they can find out everything about you… you have to be aware of the people you’re around.”

When she broke the news to her mom, she said:
“I was just open with her, and she was just so cute. She was like, ‘Well, everyone can be naked if they want to.’ [Laughs] My parents are very supportive of me. And they know I’m a teenager, and yes, kids do stupid things sometimes.”

Vanessa feels lucky to have the support from her boyfriend Zac Efron:
“He always makes me happy. He literally knows exactly what to do to make me laugh.”

When asked if they’re ready to walk down the aisle, she said:
“No. It’s fun having a boyfriend. But only time will tell. I’m still young, and I have my girlfriends and I have my family. I think that it’s definitely important to have balance.”

I didn’t want to believe it but this picture makes it official. Zac is definitly a girl and not a very pretty one. Sorry. Maybe if he picked some better colors.

Disney teen Vanessa Hudgens has reportedly criticized her boyfriend Zac Efron for being a “pretty boy. “Hudgens allegedly complains that he is obsessed with his looks and told Efron to “man up.”

Insiders support Hudgens’ objections when Efron showed up at a wardrobe fitting for his new movie wearing a full face of makeup. The sources say the High School Musical star wore “man cake and guy-liner.” Efron was also wearing black eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, and mascara, shocking the executives.

Attorney Brian Schall alleges “High School Musical” star Vanessa Hudgens owes him $150,000 in legal fees from a contract she signed with his firm in 2005, but she claims the agreement is void because she was 16 at the time.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Tricia Ann Bigelow said it is a  “factual issue” whether the rising star disaffirmed her obligations to the contract within a reasonable time period.

Hudgens maintains she was 16 when she signed the agreement with lawyer Brian L. Schall, and that she is not bound to its terms because she was a minor  at the time.

But Bigelow said that Hudgens’ decision to wait until Oct. 9 — when she was 18 years, nine months old — to reject the contract is an issue for either a motion for summary judgment or a jury decision. Hudgens turns 19 on Dec. 14.

Schall filed his lawsuit Sept. 17 against the singer/actress. Schall and Hudgens entered a contract in October 2005, and he advanced costs and expenses on her behalf in connection with her songwriting and recording career, the suit states.

Schall says he also drafted contracts for Hudgens that have helped her earn more than $5 million. Hudgens paid some of the money — the court papers do not say how much — but still owes $150,000, according to his suit.

Court papers filed Oct. 29 by Hudgens’ lawyer, Evan N. Spiegel, say that the state’s Family Code “provides that the contract of a minor is voidable and may be disaffirmed before (age 18) or within a reasonable time afterward.”

But Michel states in his court papers that although Hudgens was 16 when she put her name on the dotted line, she consistently paid her bills for a while after she turned 18.

“Now that Ms. Hudgens has decided she does not want to pay … she has attempted to concoct a press-friendly story, complete with claims that she was too young and innocent to be bound by a legal contract … and was preyed upon by the very lawyer who helped her make enough money to pay her current lawyers,” Michel states.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled Jan. 15.

Apparently it all comes down to Zac’s addiction to vanity. One insider claims that Vanessa was annoyed when Zac flipped out over a zit.  Zac’s has issues with his complexion and he threw a hissy fit in the car, when thery were on their way to Vanessa’s sister, Stella’s 12th birthday party, when he noticed a huge zit on the side of his face.

He refused to go into the house. The source said, “He knew there were a bunch of girls at the party who worship him – and he didn’t want them all staring at his pimple.”  The only way Vanessa could calm Zac down was to give him her concealer to cover up the blemish.  But, says a source, “Vanessa doesn’t want to share makeup with her boyfriend.  It makes her feel weird. ”

Vanessa feels Zac is a little too self absorbed and wants him to feel more comfortable in his skin. That looks really aren’t everything.   The report goes on to say that she would just like him to be regular guy every now and then.  “Vanessa wants Zac to realize that it’s OK if he doesn’t always look perfect.  She would love him even if he didn’t look like a Teen Beat cover boy.  In fact, she would probably love him more if he relaxed about his looks and got a little scruffed up once in a while.”

Before she gained international fame from the ever so popular ‘High School Musical’ franchise, Vanessa had hopes in trying out for American Idol.

” I love singing and I thought that to get a chance to do [American Idol]  would have been amazing.” Hudgens told Austalia’s Daily Telegraph in Wednesday’s report. “The only way I thought that I would be able to get myself out there would be on American Idol.”

Fortunately for Hudgens, she did not meet the requirements. She said, “I was 15 at the time…and you had to be 16 to audition. Then, when I turned 16, High School Musical came along and I got to do it. So I thought I’d skip American Idol.”

While High School Musical has helped Hudgen’s status as an actress, it has also helped establish her music career.

The High School Musical 2 soundtrack–which currently sits at number 6 on The Billboard 200 album sales chart–recently became topselling album of 2007.

Earlier today someone showed me some pretty scandalous pictures of Vanessa Hudgens…in the nude and nearly nude. I was questioning whether or not the pictures were photo shopped; however, it has now been confirmed that the pictures are 100 percent real.

Vanessa Hudgens is the star of Disney’s High School Musical and High School Musical 2; but, truly, her greatest feat has got to be that she now has her very own naked pictures circulating the internet. Stupid girl–ok, at least she’s not underage–but, come on, she is a Disney star–not the smartest move in the history of film stars.

Hudgens is set to film High School Musical 3 and there have been rumors and speculation that Disney has dropped her due to the naked photo scandal:

It was reported by OK! magazine that Vanessa Anne Hudgens was replaced by Adrienne Ballon (a Disney Cheeta Girl) due to her naked photo scandal.

An OK! insider revealed that Disney did not want Hudgens back. “They feel that as long as Zac Efron is in the movie, all will be fine. He’s the real star–the household name–and, most importantly he comes without baggage.”

According to ONTD, the decision came just hours after the scandal became public and got to the offices at Disney. An insider said, “It was an extremely hard decision… Vanessa has become a part of the family, but we felt it was irresponsible of her to do what she did.” Both Hudgens and Bailon’s reps have denied to comment, as well as reps for Disney.

Update:

Despite all the rumors and the scandal, it seems Vanessa will not only star in High School Musical 3, but according to Us magazine, she will also be getting a “substantial increase” in pay.

Disney representative, Patti McTeague, stated that “Vanessa has apologized for what was obviously a lapse in judgment…we hope she’s learned a valuable lesson.”

Vanessa apologized to her fans, saying:

I want to apologize to my fans, whose support and trust mean the world to me. I am embarrassed over this situation and regret having ever taken these photos. I am thankful for the support of my family and friends.
