Neil Patrick Harris is reportedly in the final stages of a deal with the hit TV show, Glee.
Neil is just one of the many guest-stars, which include Idina Menzel, Olivia Newton John, and Jennifer Lopez, to land a spot on the second half of this season’s Glee.
The only thing standing in Neil’s way is the fact that he works for CBS and Glee airs on FOX, so the people over at FOX are waiting for the go ahead from CBS.
What do you think? Will CBS lend FOX one of their biggest stars?
Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale were spotted having coffee together at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Toluca Lake.
The High School Musical co-stars were sharing a laugh as they exit out of the coffee shop. What do you think they were talking about? Maybe how Zac Efron is? I like to think so. Either way, it’s nice to see young stars remain friends and stay out of trouble.
Vanessa just wrapped on Beastly with Neil Patrick Harris and Mary-Kate Olsen, and is currently filming Sucker Punch with Jon Hamm of Mad Men fame and Abbie Cornish from Stop Loss.
Last night, November 14th, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie left the kids at home and enjoyed an evening out at the Museum of Contemporary Art 30th Anniversary Gala in Los Angeles, California.
The guest list for the special gala consisted of about 1000 guest which included, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Ellen Davidson, Michelle Stafford, Tracy Bregman, Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka and many more.
The gala and auction of artwork will benefit the museum’s education and exhibition programs.
How I Met Your Mother was especially funny because Neil Patrick Harris wore a fat suit. His fat suit made me laugh so much that I had to share it with you. Check it out below:
Here are some other memorable celebs donning fat suits:
There was a theme going on last night at the Emmy’s with regards to the jokes that were made by celebs. What did most of them have in common? Kanye West. Apparently people still want to talk about Kanye and the whole VMA incident.
Here are some examples of what I’m talking about:
Emmy host, Neil Patrick Harris said, “Here’s hoping Kanye West likes 30 Rock!”
Christina Applegate told Ryan Seascrest, “I just have to wonder: Who’s gonna pull a Kanye?”
Grey’s Gardens’Ken Howard said he’s relieved that his acceptance speech wasn’t interrupted by an Congressman or rappers.
Justin Timberlake and Tina Fey both won Emmy’s for their hilarious scetches on SNL. Before Tina Fey could say anything, Justin got on the mic and said, “Imma let you finish.”
And finally, Before the show, Survivor host Jeff Probst said he’s “pulling a Kanye!” if Ryan Seacrest wins for best reality show host.
Last week Neil Patrick Harris, Jenna Elfman, Jay Mohr and many other CBS stars spent the night at My House in Hollywood, California for the Pepsi Max CBS Premiere Party.
How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patick Harris is on the cover of the October 2009 issue of New York Times magazine. In the issue Neil talks about transitioning from child actor to being a gay man in Hollywood and about how he and his boyfriend David Burtka are going to get married and adopt a baby.
Here are some of the highlights from the interview:
On his boyfriend David Burtka: “We yin and yang very well. We’re both Gemini, but I, you can probably tell, I process what the options are, and figure out what to say, and he tends to just say what he is feeling. I’m just bowled over by him. He’s made my life exponentially more livable. He’s just–great. I’m his forever protector, and I’m happiest when he’s happy.”
On adopting a child: “We’d make very good parents.”
On how he felt when Perez Hilton outed the gay couple: “So long as you’re representing yourself well, you’re making good choices for good reasons, all of the circumstantial things will vanish.”
On his gay inspiration Real World: New Orleans Danny Roberts: “He was a unique entity at the time, as someone who was seemingly so confident in their skin that they didn’t need to wear their sexuality, uh- or to flaunt their sexuality? To be more of one thing than another…and I…it’s a personal thing, I suppose, but I personally responded to his lack of overt grandstanding. Again, tricky waters, because if I say something like ‘He didn’t wave flags’, it sounds like I’m disrespecting people that do, who I think are tremendously important, but there’s more than one way to get into people’s psyches.”
