It’s being reported that Hollywood PD cracked down on the paparazzi who we’re following Britney around last night.  Apparently, the paparazzi were lingering on the sidewalk outside of a salon where she was getting her hair done.  The police told them they were violating West Hollywood Municipal Code by blocking the sidewalk.   Two were arrested there and another four were arrested outside of Villa nightclub waiting for Lindsay Lohan to emerge from the building.

Even with all the beatdown on the street photographers, the paparazzi still managed to get a pic of Brit showing off  her vag again…ugh!
