Kim Kardashian’s mouth has gotten her in a lot of trouble this month, first with lying to her family and now her comments against the cookie diet.

Dr. Siegal has filed suit against Kim K after she called his Cookie Diet, “unhealthy” in a Twitter post.

The doctor claims that Kim had a “commercial motive” because she is the spokesperson for QuickTrim, which is a rival diet plan.

The amount Dr. Siegal is unknown, but I’m sure it’s a lot!

Kim Kardashian, is apparently super desperate  for you to go and purchase her new weight loss drink, Quick Trim. The reality starlit has posted some new photos of herself in a bikini looking svelte and gorgeous as ever.

She tweeted, “U can get Quick Trim now it works! Check out my twitpics! I lost my last 6 lbs fast & toned up! Loving QUICK TRIM.”
