Reggie Bush has taken the next step towards protecting Kim Kardashian from a creepy stalker, who has been showing up at Kim’s appearance’s with his face painted like a joker and has even challenged Reggie to a fight.

Kim already obtained a restraining order, but now Reggie is making sure his leading lady is safe.  According to TMZ, Reggie has hired six bodyguards to follow Kim around, everywhere she goes.

I think six bodyguards to fend off one stalker is a bit much, but Reggie can’t be worrying about Kim’s safety right now… He’s got a Superbowl to win.

Kim Kardashian is trying to obtain a restraining order against Dennis Shaun Bowman because he has been stalking her.

Bowman began messaging Kim on Twitter in September, telling her how he loved her, and now he has moved from Georgia to Calabasas, California, to be closer to her.  Since his arrival California, Bowman has been showing up to Kims appearances and on some occasions even painted his face like a joker.

Bowman has also been tweeting Reggie Bush and challenged the NFL star to a fight.

But that’s not the scariest part, this guy actually thinks that Kim is in a relationship with him and apologized for missing a dinner date, that he believed they had, in Atlanta.

If granted a restraining order, Bowman will have to be at least 500 feet away from Kim at all times.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted Justin Timberlake a restraining order against an “obsessed and mentally unstable stalker” according to court documents.

48 year old Karen McNeil was taken into protective psychiatric custody by police after trespassing onto Timberlake’s property.  This was the third time that McNeil has visited Justin’s property and she reportedly left him a “bizarre” note last June.

It must be so scary for stars when approached by stalkers and the sad thing is Justin wasn’t her first celeb obsession…. Back in 1997 Guns & Roses star, Axel Rose, was granted a restraining order against her.

McNeil is now ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Justin at all times.

It wasn’t surprising when news broke that Sam Ronson and Lindsay Lohan called it quits over the weekend, but it is surprising that the Ronson family has inquired about a restraining order.  A Beverly Hills Police spokesperson stated,

On Monday, April 6, 2009, at approximately 5 p.m., members of Samantha Ronson’s family came to the Beverly Hills Police Department.  They were given information for the process of obtaining a restraining order which will be administered at the Santa Monica Superior Courthouse.

There has been no word on who the restraining order would be against, but naturally everyone is assuming its against Lindsay Lohan.  Does Lindsay seem like the stalker type to you?  I don’t think so.

Alyssa Milano is the third celebrity in less than a month to take legal action against a stalker.  54 year old Jeff Turner is the man being accused of stalking Milano and was referred to as “an obsessed and mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan” in a declaration filed with the court.  Popcrunch.com has the full story on Milano’s stalker.

Lindsay Lohan has contacted her lawyer to arrange for a restraining order against her father, Michael Lohan.  Lindsay has been quoted saying that her father, “needs to be on medication,” and a source close to her said that she is so scared of him that she is,

taking out an order of protection.  He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her.  She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.  Ali already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina.  No one is speaking with him until he gets help.

Will Lindsay’s father stop at nothing for fame and fortune?  He needs to move on and cut his losses.  It’s obvious that she doesn’t want anything to do with him.  What do you think?

Hip-hop singer MaryJane, who’s real name is Alexis Miller, has filed a restraining order against Shaquille O’Neal. Miller and O’Neal have known each other for about 18 months, however it wasn’t until about 6 to 8 months ago that their relationship became intimate. Now Miller is claiming that after she tried to break off the relationship Shaq began stalking her, harassing her, sending her threatening emails, and threatening to ruin her career by paying performers $50,000 each not to perform with her.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Shaq sent Alexis an email saying, “I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make now try me. Sho me.”

Miller feels that she has reason to fear for herself, her son, and the people around her and was granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting Shaq from contacting her and from coming within 200 feet of her and her 19 month old son.

The restraining order will remain in effect until the September 4th court date, in which Fulton County Superior Court Judge Karen Woodson will determine whether or not a restraining order is necessary.

Who would of thought that Shaq was a stalker? And he wanted to be a Sheriff.

A Georgie man named Brady Green has been stalking Tyra Banks since early-January. He reportedly had tried several times to get into the Tyra Banks Show, has made repeated phone calls and has sent multiple letters to her workplace and even had flowers delivered at her studio.

Last week, cops were called to the Manhattan studio and escorted Green off the premises, but Green was spotted back outside the studio just three hours later. Cops once again returned to the scene, this time making the arrest. Green was carrying a duffel bag full of magazines featuring the talk-show host demanding to see her.

Green, who according to the New York Post first told police he was homeless, was charged with two counts of stalking, harassment and criminal trespass. He pleaded not guilty to all three charges in Manhattan Criminal Court the following day and was subsequently released by the judge on his own recognizance.

A restraining order has since been placed against Green on behalf of Banks, who told the Manhattan District Attorney’s office she felt she was “in fear of physical injury, serious physical injury or death.”

The restraining order filed by the Spears family against Sam Lufti just expired earlier this week (on Monday the 17th). With the threat of a court battle lingering over his head, Lufti has agreed to stay away from Britney for one more month.

It’s probably a good idea that he agreed to this as a restraining order can be extended for up to 5 years. To have an extension dropped, Lufti would have to convince a judge that he is not a threat…. with his past track record (remember, this is not his first restraining order), in addition to the ongoing investigation into the allegations of him drugging Britney, I don’t think Lufti would be doing much convincing.

Too bad Sammy-boy, I guess you’ll have to find somebody else’s millions to spend…I hear Paris Hilton is looking for a new BFF! (See our Paris Hilton BFF story for more details!)

Britney Spears went crazy today yelling at her manager/friend, Sam Lufti, in a British accent. She was screaming,“I want to drive my f***ing car!”; “Get out of the f***ing car!”; “Drive my f***ing car is what I gotta do!”; etc. etc.

Britney has really bad judgment when it comes to picking friends. Sam Lufti has had several restraining orders in his personal history–including a 3 year restraining order granted by an Orange County Judge back in April.

The petition for the order came from Danny Haines (a former friend of Lufti), who claimed that Lufti was a “dangerous person.” Apparently the judge agreed, because she granted the 3 year restraining order not only for Haines, but also for his mother and sister! (Source: MTV.com)
