Mel Gibson and his wife of 27 years, Robyn Gibson, are getting a divorce.

Robyn has hired high profile lawyer, Laura Wasser, the same lawyer who represented Angelina Jolie and Britney Spears.

Mel and Robyn have 7 children together, their youngest Thomas being the only minor.  Robyn is seeking spousal support and joint physical and legal custody of Thomas.  The couple reportedly did not have a prenup.
