Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane, made headlines yesterday when his XXX tape, featuring himself, his wife Rebecca Gayheart, and madam Kari Ann Peniche, spread like wildfire on the Internet.

Dane’s Lawyer, Marty Singer, is furious with the media and the public that they are calling this scandalous tape a “sex tape” when there apparently was no sex involved, just nudity.

“This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public,” said Singer.

The statement continues: “Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a ’sex tape.’  It is a private tape made for only my clients’ personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it.  If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients’ rights and will be exposed to significant liability.”

In the “nude tape,” the threesome appear to be high on something and they discuss their “porn names” and later the tape ends with Rebecca and Kari Ann in the tub naked talking gibberish about rubber ducks.  Really not that interesting.

Here is a strange twist to the story:  The non-sex tape was in Kari Ann’s possession not Eric or Rebecca, the footage was taken at Kari Ann’s apartment, and she has a theory on who leaked it.

Kari Ann tells TMZ the video featuring the whacked-out naked trio was shot more than two years ago in her apartment.  Kari Ann insists there was absolutely no sex involved — they played dress up and the two women then soaked together in a bathtub as Eric called “action” behind the camera.

Kari Ann says the video was stored on the hard drive of her computer, but stolen by Mindy McCready, who was her roommate after the two completed a stint on the TV show “Celebrity Rehab.” Kari Ann says she got into an argument with McCready over money and believes the singer took her hard drive when she moved out. Kari Ann freaked out about certain personal information about her on the hard drive and filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.

Last month there was a summit between Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy. Their reps hammered out a deal as to who got what on the hard drive.  Eric got full rights to the video and everyone assumed that was that … until the tape surfaced on the Internet today.

So a little song, a little dance a little betrayal down your pants.

Singer has already threatened a lawsuit against any site that publishes the video, so it’s sure to get buried real soon.  Did you happen to catch the video?  What were your thoughts about the scandalous tape?

The latest celeb to have a XXX tape hit the internet is Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane, a.k.a. McSteamy. The sex tape features Eric having a threesome with his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, and former beauty queen/Hollywood madam Kari Ann Peniche.

In the video-posted on Gawker.com- Dane and Gayheart take turns filming the naked trio at Peniche’s SoCal apartment. It appears that they all are heavily inebriated in some way–at one point you hear Gayheart say that she is so high that she needs to lay down.

At the end of the tape, Gayheart and Peniche end up in the bath together smoking cigarettes, while Dane is filming. According to Gawker the 3 minute footage was cut down from 12 minutes.

So far, there have been no statements from any reps.

You would have thought celebrities would have realized by now that if you have a sex tape it will be seen by the world. So either you lock it up and hide it in a place no one else knows about or you just don’t make one. It’s that easy.

Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester made a sex tape with her boyfriend and it has been recently bought by Celebhotline.com. The site shows several photos taken from the tape of her bare chested, indulging in a some weird foot fetish, and promises scandalous “hot sex” scenes.

This could be good or bad for Leighton’s rep. I mean it shot Paris and Kim to stardom. What do you think? Will it make or brake Leighton?

Yet another celebrity has made a sex tape.  This time it is reality TV star Nikki Alexander, a.k.a. Hoopz.

The video was acquired by Mr. ZZee, the same man that has brokered some of the top selling celebrity sex tapes, and features Hoopz in different positions from different camera angels.  Check out a preview of the tape here.

The rumors of a sex tape involving Diana Bianchi and Peter Cook are true.

According to Page Six,

Yesterday, we were shown a series of stills from a video depicting Cook and Bianchi, both nude, having sexual intercourse on a brown love seat.  They also show Bianchi performing a sizzling striptease down to a pair of black, G-string panties and then to her birthday suit as Cook holds his crotch.

Another shows Cook resting his head on Bianchi’s buttocks.  It appears the tape was made at Cook’s Southampton architectural office without Bianchi’s knowledge.  But other stills that are apparently not from the video show Bianchi willingly posing topless.

If you remember Peter Cook’s affair with Diana Bianchi ended his ten year marriage to Christie Brinkley.  It was during the divorce preceedings that Cook admitted that he was addicted to online porn.  A habit that cost him $3000 a month.

Christie Brinkley’s lawyer issued a statement about the tape saying,

Nothing about Peter Cook’s behavior shocks us.  We don’t know anything about this tape.  We never saw it and we never heard about it.  Christie’s concern is for the sake of her children and she hopes this video is kept private.

Too late! Page Six has already seen it, so I am sure it will be all over the Internet soon.  When are people going to learn that you can’t make a sex tape if you are famous unless you want it to be seen.  It is especially sad this time because there are young children involved.  I wonder how Peter will explain this to his kids.  What do you think?

Britney Spears ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, denies rumors that he is trying to sell a sex tape featuring the two.  The Sun and Heat Magazine reported that Adnan had a 2-hour sex tape that he made with Britney and was trying to sell it.  However, Adnan said the rumors are completely false and no such tape exists.  Adnan said,

I don’t know where these quotes I’m supposed to have said have come from.  What I do know is they certainly didn’t come from me and they are completely false.  I’m extremely upset and distressed and I’m taking legal action.  This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me.

Adnan also called Ryan Seacrest’s morning radio show to tell his side of the sex tape story.  Although he was unable to speak with Ryan himself, he told negative Natalie that he believes that he is the most hated man in America and that KIIS will probably receive hate-mail for saying anything nice about him.  Natalie said that Adnan was actually pretty nice and that he had genuine concerns for Britney and her career.  Adnan said he wants the best for Britney and was afraid that the sex tape rumor would hurt her feelings.

Awww!  Isn’t that sweet?  Come on people, he is a paparazzo.  It’s his job to get celebs on film then cash in on it.  I’m not buying the denial.  Britney was probably going to take legal action and Adnan backed off.   What do you think?

Britney has been trying to recover her career and is almost on the road to success.  But Britney’s ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is ready to destroy her chance of re-establishing a positive image.

Adnan Ghalib, who Britney dated during her emotional breakdown, confirmed that he possesses a two-hour sex tape featuring himself and Britney.  He also said that he is willing to sell the sex tape at a “reasonable” price.  And right now, he is merely waiting for the best offer.

Once again, Britney is used by a person who was once dear in her life.  The new sex tape definitely will make Britney’s unusual life more complicated and scandalous.  She has already been turned into a marketable business tool, which the value of her life only equates with a large sum of dollar bills.  Even Britney’s mother Lynn in her book revealed Britney’s promiscuous life when Britney was a teenager for the sake of profits, but disguised the betrayal as “telling the truth.”  I truly feel sorry for her.

SEX TAPE UPDATE:

A Star Magazine exclusive states that a few days after rumors surfaced that Adnan Ghalib is shopping around a two-hour x-rated tape of his sexcapades with Britney Spears, the former paparazzo told the magazine that it’s all a lie.

“There is no sex tape… and I’ve never claimed there is one,” claims Adnan.

“I don’t know where these quotes I’m supposed to have said have come from… What I do know is they certainly didn’t come from me and they are completely false. I’m extremely upset and distressed and I’m taking legal action… This story has caused a lot of hurt to my family and people close to me,” says Adnan.

However, other publications are still claiming that the tape does exist and that Britney is prepared to pay top dollar to keep the tape from leaking in order to protect her newly re-established positive public image and focus on her upcoming world tour.

A source told the Sun UK: “Her lawyers have been working overtime. They’ve been told to do whatever it takes to stop the video making it onto the Internet.”

Josh Hartnett is suing the Daily Mirror over the story that they printed about his alleged sex romp in a London hotel library that was caught on CCTV. Here is the supposed eye-witness report:

“Unfortunately the hotel has security cameras all over the place – the library included. This means their every spit and cough was recorded, and cringing hotel workers saw all of Josh’s X-rated moves. Josh didn’t seem bothered that the library wasn’t locked and anyone could just burst in. He just kind of went for it.

“After the event, someone had a quiet word in Josh’s ear and he was asked to take his personal business elsewhere in the future. Josh took it on the chin and didn’t kick up a fuss. He’s been as good as gold since.”

Josh denies that incident ever happened and during an interview on a British talk show said:

“It’s incredible the stories they the come out with. In the States at least they have to make a call to a representative and try to make a reality out of the situation. Over here they just make things up.”

Josh’s lawyers filed the lawsuit today and he’s seeking damages along with a public apology, according to the BBC:

The allegations are “not only untrue but a complete fabrication,” said his legal representatives, adding they were “defamatory and unsubstantiated.”

Instead of suing Daily Mirror, I think he should be thanking them. Seriously, when was that last time you heard his name in the tabloids? At least we knew he was having some fun on his time off. Now to tell us that it was all a lie and he really is as boring as he looks? He needs to just crawl back under the rock someone pulled him out from under. Why, oh, why?

In papers filed in federal court yesterday Verne Troyer, who is 2′8″ and weights 40 lbs., is accusing his ex, aspiring actress Ranae Shrider, who is 5′5″ and 110 lbs, of intentional infliction of emotional distress and battery. Troyer is asking for $20 million in damages.

Troyer says his ex-girlfriend once picked the lock to his bedroom, pushed away his 100 lb scooter that was used to block the door and threw him to the ground.

Ed McPherson, a lawyer for Troyer, told TMZ that “when you pick up a 2 foot, 8 inch human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts.”

Troyer feared for his safety and “did not want to go into his own home without having someone else accompanying him,” according to the court documents. The papers describe one instance in which “Shrider grabbed [Troyer] very forcefully by the arm, held him against his will, and did not let him get away from her.”

Responding to Troyer’s lawsuit, Shrider released a statement late yesterday afternoon.

“This law suit is ridiculous and riddled with lie upon lie from Verne Troyer and his camp. It is in our opinion a transparent attempt to secure as much publicity as he can from his less then average career in the wake of his most recent failure in The Love Guru.”

“The only abuse that ever occurred in their household was that of emotional abuse inflicted upon Ranae and her dog Lacy on the occasions when he hit Ranae and her dog with his ‘reaching sticks’ or kicked them when having one of his drunken rages.

“This alleged abuse certainly has not seemed to affect his recent round of interviews or his golf swing over the weekend. Is this not the same man who is renowned as a professional stuntman in all his movies?”

This lawsuit comes after Shrider admitted that she leaked footage of their sex tape.

Troyer recently told Us Weekly about the humiliation he experienced after the footage surfaced.

“I put all the trust in her,” Troyer told Us. “She kept the tape in her camera on top of the closet where I couldn’t even reach it!”

Asked how he feels about Shrider, he told Us: “Hate is a good word.”

Troyer next stars in “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” with Johnny Depp and Jude Law.
