Hip-hop singer MaryJane, who’s real name is Alexis Miller, has filed a restraining order against Shaquille O’Neal. Miller and O’Neal have known each other for about 18 months, however it wasn’t until about 6 to 8 months ago that their relationship became intimate. Now Miller is claiming that after she tried to break off the relationship Shaq began stalking her, harassing her, sending her threatening emails, and threatening to ruin her career by paying performers $50,000 each not to perform with her.

According to the court documents obtained by TMZ, Shaq sent Alexis an email saying, “I dnt no who the [expletive] u think u dealin wit u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make now try me. Sho me.”

Miller feels that she has reason to fear for herself, her son, and the people around her and was granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting Shaq from contacting her and from coming within 200 feet of her and her 19 month old son.

The restraining order will remain in effect until the September 4th court date, in which Fulton County Superior Court Judge Karen Woodson will determine whether or not a restraining order is necessary.

Who would of thought that Shaq was a stalker? And he wanted to be a Sheriff.

America’s Toughest Sheriff, Joe Arpaio, is insisting that Shaq return his two sheriff badges.

Shaq, who has previously served as a reserve police officer in Miami, became a Maricopa County Special Sheriff in 2006 and was quickly promoted to colonel later that year. Now he may have to give it all back due to his use of racially derogatory and foul language in a freestyle rap geared towards Kobe Bryant.

Sheriff Arpaio said,

I want his two badges back. Because if any one of my deputies did something like this, they’re fired. I don’t condone this type of racial conduct.

I don’t think that the video was that bad. Shaq doesn’t deserve to have his badges taken away. I guess it’s Joe’s way or the highway.

As if the embarrassing loss to the Boston Celtics in game 6 of the NBA Finals wasn’t painful enough, Kobe Bryant now has to deal with be dissed by fellow NBA superstar and former teammate Shaquille O’neal.

Shaq just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to let everyone know that Kobe was unable to take home a championship title without him. In an exclusive TMZ video Shaq is seen rapping about Kobe’s loss. With lyrics like, “You know how I be, Kobe couldn’t do without me,” and “Kobe tell me how my a** taste,” I think it is safe to say that Shaq is not quite over being traded from the Lakers. And apparently O’neal feels that it is Kobe’s fault that he is getting divorce, one of the lines of his freestyle was, “I’m a horse, Kobe ratted me out, that’s why I’m getting divorced.”

Shaq issued a statement to ESPN.com saying,

I was freestyling. That’s all. It was all done in good fun. Nothing serious whatsoever. That is what MC’s do. They freestyle when called upon. I’m totally cool with Kobe. No issues at all.

I would have to say that Shaq has some deep rooted issues involving Kobe Bryant. Why else would Kobe be the target of his freestyle?

Now we will just have to wait and see what kind of fun Kobe can have at Shaq’s expense.
