Mark Salling is promising to defend himself “vigorously” against accusations of sexual battery by an ex-girlfriend last month.

While walking the carpet at the 2013 SAG Awards last Sunday, the Glee star opened up to E! News about the charges that he forced Roxanne Gorzela to have sex without a condom and later allegedly grabbed her and pushed her to the ground, causing her to hit her head.

It wouldn’t be an interesting awards show without some sort of wardrobe malfunction, right? The fashion victim of the night was Jennifer Lawrence as she walked up to the stage to accept her award for Best Actress in The Silver Linings Playbook at the SAG Awards. Here’s what went down…

After Jen shot up after her name was called to hug pretty much everybody at her table, it turned out that the skirt of her Dior dress was caught on the leg of a chair. Hate when that happens! Getting stuck for a split second –- and almost falling over -– she made it up to the stage when, yup, it happened again.

Is this a sign of what to expect at this year's Academy Awards?

Awards season raged on with the nominations for the 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards, which will air on TNT and TBS on January 27. What's notable about this particular set of awards is that it's actors rewarding actors, so some of the biggest names in the business tend to get their fair share of love. This year, Lincoln and Silver Linings Playbook led the way with four nominations each and will also do battle in the oustanding performance by a cast in a motion picture category.
