Throughout his career, Justin Bieber has been making his dreams come true while also changing the lives of some fans. Over the weekend, he continued to do just that by surprising a seven-year-old leukemia patient who was too sick to attend his show in Salt Lake City on Saturday!

The visit should help counteract some of the negative press the Biebs received in the past week. At least he's still kept up with his old tricks, and also added some ink to the ever-growing of body art covering his flesh. The kiss happened when Monteith was hosting the GLAAD awards on Saturday night with co-star Naya Rivera, and alongisde John Stamos, the three participated in an auction where the highest bidders got to get a quick kiss with the stars.
