We know this is for a movie role, but everyone is starting to get a little concerned now.

Matthew McConaughey is playing the role of a man suffering with AIDS in the upcoming flick The Dallas Buyers Club. He's already dropped 30 pounds for the movie, but it seems like he's lost even more weight and now looks unrecognizable. He arrived at LAX airport over the weekend looking downright sick and even caused airport passengers to stop and stare without having any idea of who he was.
