Donald Trump might be getting senile in his advancing age.

The real estate mogul/reality star/attention whore has filed a $5 million suit lawsuit against Bill Maher over comments he made last fall on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. And let's just say this all has to do with having sex with an orangutan. Seriously.

American Idol might be the least racist show on the planet... but good luck telling that to the nine former contestants who are suing the show over allegedly racist treament.

New York attorney James Freeman has submitted a letter to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, asking permission to sue the show and Fox on behalf of his clients: Corey Clark (Season 2), Jaered Andrews (Season 2), Donnie Williams (Season 3), Terrell Brittenum (Season 5), Derrell Brittenum (Season 5), Thomas Daniels (Season 6), Akron Watson (Season 6), Ju'Not Joyner (Season 8) and Chris Golightly (Season 9).

Christmas definitely came early this year!

The trailer for Scary Movie 5 was released right before the holidays and it's every bit as cheesy and craptacular as you would expect. Starring Ashley Tisdale, Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan, the two minute sneak peek is filled with the bad acting and horrible jokes we've come to expect from the Scary Movie franchise. There's so-cheesy-it's-funny, and then there's stuff that's just painful to watch. If LiLo was hoping this one would help her bounce back from Liz & Dick, we don't think this will do it.
