Halle Berry has already filed a restraining order against her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry, but the fact he can't come into contact seems to be beside the point. He's gone ahead and filed his own restraining order as well!

The model has gotten a restraining order against Halle's fiance Olivier Martinez after their Thanksgiving brawl, claiming he made threats to kill Gabriel the day before the altercation. The arrangement forbids Olivier from going within 100 yards of Gabriel, his home, his workplace or his daughter's school until a court hearing on Dec. 17, according to ABCnews.com. Gabriel already has a restraining order against him that prevents him from being within 100 yards of Halle, their four-year-old daughter Nahla or Olivier.

Miley Cyrus officially has one less thing to worry about after this weekend.

The stalker who hid in the bushes of her home with a pair of scissors last month and later told police they were married was sentenced to jail over the weekend. Jason Luis Rivera was convicted of trespassing and resisting arrest, but was given a probation offer on the condition that he stay far away from Miley. For whatever reason, he refused and according to She Knows, the judge gave him the maximum sentence of 18 months.

When Rihanna started following Chris Brown on Twitter last week, dozens of fans expressed their concern for the two, who had a very violent and public break-up.
