There might be someone even more pissed off than Justin Bieber's rabid fans after the singer got a big fat zero in the Grammy nomination department this year: his manager Scooter Braun!

Plenty of lesser-known musicians received nods for the February 10th show, but Justin wasn't one of them. After the nomination announcements, Scooter took to Twitter to tell the Grammy committee that they "blew it" with their decision. "The hardest thing to do is transition, keep the train moving. the kid delivered," he tweeted. "Huge successful album, sold out tour, and won people over...this time he deserved to be recognized and I dont really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision i dont agree with."

Justin Bieber was pulled over yet again for some seriousspeeding in Los Angeles, but this time it wasn’t just for his own personalenjoyment. He was trying to get away from pesky paparazzi!

While driving down the 101 freeway in his chrome Fisker Karma, Justin was cited forgoing 80 mph with a swarm of photographers following him, according to TMZ.L.A. City Councilman Dennis Zane was on the road during the incident and ispointing the finger at Justin!
