Jason Luis Rivera was sentenced to 18 months in jail after being convicted last month of trespassing and resisting arrest when he hid in the bushes of Miley's home with a pair of scissors last September, told police they were married and then refused to comply with officers. But having him locked away in an 8x10 cell doesn't seem to be enough protection for Miley. She obtained a temporary restraining order last week against Jason which prevents him from being within 1,000 yards of her at all times and is now seeking to make that order permanent, according to Huffington Post.

He and Jessica Biel are facing some severe backlash after it was revealed that one of Justin's friends screened a video at their wedding last weekend that mocked homeless people on the streets of LA by having them pose as acquaintances who couldn't attend. One of the homeless men in the video, Eddie, spoke out and told TMZ that not only was he paid just $40 for his time, he had no idea it was for their wedding and definitely didn't know he was the butt of a joke. "That makes me feel really bad ... that was a trick played on me," he said.
