Demi Lovato may not always see eye to eye with Simon Cowell on The X-Factor, but she definitely supports the ladies of Fifth Harmony, the group Simon has mentored all the way to the show's finals.

During Wednesday night's final performances, country stars LeAnn Rimes and Little Big Town were brought in to sing with Carly Rose Sonenclar and Tate Stevens, but Fifth Harmony got a little help from right at home when their idol Demi joined them on stage for a performance of Give Your Heart a Break! AND it may have been just what the girls needed to prove that they've earned their spot in the top three!

It's still unclear whether Britney Spears will be returning for another season of judging duties on The X Factor, but there's one person who definitely won't be coming back.

Record executive L.A. Reid made the official announcement that he won't be on the show once Season 2 comes to a close next week. Did Simon Cowell have anything to do with this decision? Find out after the jump!

And we're back, with another interview with the always-entertaining Emblem3!

We already know how the boys' already-devoted fan base feels about them, but the judges haven't always been so kind. Demi Lovato in particular has been harsh on the guys -- until this week, when performances of "Baby I Love Your Way" and "Hey Jude" got raves all-around from the judges!

Hollywire's own Chelsea Briggs chatted with the boys after the performance to talk about their "five million dollar moment," how they intend to use the prize money should they be lucky enough tio win it, and why they're not your typical boy band. They’re back!

When we caught up with Emblem3 after their last performance, the boys admitted they were tired and wanted to go home, but this time around they were manic bundles of energy.

The trio opened up to Hollywire’s Chelsea Briggs about their excitement at finally playing some instruments on The X Factor, but mostly the chatter was of the silly variety as Chelsea grilled them about their pet peeves, most embarrassing moments, biggest insecurities, and more.

The worst aspect of these singing competition shows? Saying goodbye to some talented artists.

No matter what happens on The X Factor, we have to see some of our faves voted off to make way for the eventual winner. And while acts like Diamond White, Emblem3, and Carly Rose Sonenclare have amassed followings that make it unlikely that they’re going anywhere until later in the competition, Paige Thomas wasn’t quite so lucky.
