I have a “love/hate” feeling toward Paris Hilton. On the one hand I wish I could be like her: have unlimited money to buy expensive and over-priced things, such as designer clothes, designer purses, designer shoes, and so on ( I bet the amount of her fashion items would be enough to open a couture shop in Beverly Hill). Isn’t that what most girls would die for?
However, sometimes her behavior in public (or maybe in private as well) just simply astonish me: google her “Paris for President” video if you haven’t seen it, then you will see what I mean. She looks absolutely ridiculous and exposes her “below 100″ IQ. Why can’t a rich gal use her “talents” and money to do something more meaningful instead of overexposing herself in front of the camera?
No matter how I personally feel about Paris Hilton, she is definitely not my role model. But maybe that is not the case for those two girls in the picture below.
After I saw this picture, my first response was, are you kidding me? Two little girls asking Paris Hilton to sign autographs? How do they know who Paris Hilton is since (I believe) Paris has never showed up in any tween shows? Do they know her from her sexy posters, videos, or maybe something even worse?
Honestly, it is such a heartache to see this photo. If Paris is their role model, I can’t imagine what these two girls will grow up to be like. Look at the way Paris dresses. Maybe these girls will know what they want to dress like next Halloween! I sincerely wish that their parents would take the responsiblity to teach them right values and stop letting their kids be influenced by a materialistic and spoiled person who does nothing but keeps thinking that “she is hot!”

Is Paris Hilton a Role Model for Kids?
