Months ago a lady by the name of Lucie Kim filed a lawsuit against Miley Cyrus for $4 billion for discrimination after her infamous “Asian” picture, in which her and her friends slanted their eyes to look funny, ended up all over the Internet. Kim claimed that the picture violated the rights of every Asian in L.A. and that Miley should pay up, but the judge in the case didn’t agree.
Miley can sleep easy tonight knowing that her precious billions will remain safely in her bank account because the case has been thrown out of court. The judge did agree that the picture was offensive, but Miley did not break any laws.

Why would Miley owe anyone anything? I’m still curious to hear the explanation for why Miley owes billions of dollars, while the FIVE OTHER PEOPLE in the picture, doing exactly the same thing, owe nothing. The answer, of course, is perfectly obvious. It’s because they are not big, rich, young targets, so their actions really don’t matter. The photo is childish, yes. The sort of thing a bunch of teenagers (like Miley and her friends) would do. Illegal? A TEN-FIGURE lawsuit? PLEASE.
And no, she doesn’t have 4 billion dollars and never will. George Lucas doesn’t even have that much (almost though), and neither does Steven Spielberg. That figure was thrown at Miley simply to scare her into settling out of court in the first place. It’s ridiculously obvious that this was a money grab from day one, and I’m amazed that Miley hasn’t counter-sued. If I were her I would sue the woman for slander for just a few thousand dollars, and then donate the money to the Asian Pacific Islander community that the woman “claimed” to represent!

wow- the lengths that some will go to for money- im surprised anyone even considered discussing this topic.theres nothing to discuss! seriously!
