Adam Lambert Bites For A Chance To Be Part Of The 'Twilight' Saga

Last night, at the Hollywood Life Awards, Adam asked Catherine Hardwicke, Twilight's directer, if he could audition for a part as a vampire. Unfortunately, Catherine is not in charge of casting. Ah, I think he would make an awesome vampire.






The NY Post writes,

He's got the dark, mysterious and brooding persona required to play a vampire, so perhaps casting Adam Lambert as one of the blood suckers in "The Twilight Saga" isn't the worst idea I've ever heard. Snagging a role in the tween-tastic franchise seemed to be on the top of Adam's agenda as he got up close and personal with "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke at the Hollywood Life Awards, where he won Young Hollywood Artist of the Year.



Adam was told on American Idol back in February by Randy that he reminded him of Robert Pattinson. Ryan went on to ask Adam if he thought he could be the next Edward Cullen? Adam replied, "Maybe I'll be in a movie, let me just out that out there. I follow the 'Twilight' books and I love them."
