Amy Winehouse is Released from Jail

The singer went to the London police department on Friday afternoon for questioning when a doctor deemed her, "in no fit state," to be interviewed. Winehouse who was facing assault charges was kept overnight in a cell until the doctor gave the ok to question her. She was then questioned and released. Amy was not charged but, she was given a caution for common assault.
