Ashlee Simpson isn’t dwelling on her dismissal from Melrose Place. Simpson is set to reprise her role as Roxie Hart in Broadway’s Chicago, according to Access Hollywood.
The actress was reportedly fired from Melrose Place due to demands made by actress, Heather Locklear.
Simpson starred as Roxie Hart on London’s West End in 2006, but this will be her Broadway debut.
Ashlee will begin her six-week Chicago stint in December.

um. Hi? She can’t sing. She was caught faking it on TV! Do not put Ashley Simpson on broadway, or any form of live entertainment. It’ll just lead to heartbreak. of the fans. Ashlee Simpson sucks.

I heard Pete Wentz on Ryan Seacrest show the other morning and he said Ashlee had something big in the works… had no idea it would be this — I think the clue he gave us is that she dyed her hair black. Idk if she’ll be any good on broadway.

that picture of Ashlee Simpson doesnt even look like her! she kind of looks like Ashley Judd, she wishes she could sing as well! wonder how she will do on Broadway?

As if Heather Locklear had her fired from Melrose! That is just some lame tabloid story and ya know it’s BS. Good for Ashlee. I love the musical Chicago and she’ll be great in the role of Roxy!
