Barron Hilton Earned a DUI today!
Barron Hilton was pulled over in Malibu at 8:30 this morning. Apparently he pulled into a 76 Station when the police lights whirled on behind him and as he pulled into the station he bumped into one of the gas station employees with his car--oops!
Upon being tested he blew a whopping .14 blood alcohol level! Wow! Impressive for 8:30 in the morning--that must've been one hell of a night out for him. Barron is only 18 years old to boot; so he's literally screwed. It's being reported that he snuck out of his parents house last night and his parents didn't know where he was or who he was with all night long.
Oh, and he was also charged for having a fake California ID...at minimum, since he is under the legal drinking age and he blew more than twice the legal limit for driving even if you are 21 years old, it's expected that he'll have his license suspended for at least 1 year. He could also face jail time, but most first offenders get off with probation.
Awwwww, the picture perfect American family...
