Miss Britney Spears celebrated her birthday last night at the Scandinavian Style Mansion in Bel Air. Spears was out with her friend/cousin Alli Sims and her new constant companion Sam Lufti. Word is she also ran into former party pal Paris Hilton.

The ‘Gimme More’ singer and Paris were still partying at 4am as they enjoyed a cigarette on the balcony of the Beverly Hills Fours Seasons hotel.

Bri was given a generous collection of gifts at the party, including $30,000 worth of fur coats, a $10,000 diamond and gold ring, as well as $4,000 worth of Barito brand sunglasses and various T-shirts and hair products.

Britney began the evening looking elegant in a black mini-dress and white fake-fur jacket, with her new blonde hair extensions sleek and tidy.But when she left the party to continue her celebrations elsewhere, the mother-of-two flashed her panties as she climbed into her car.By 4am Britney looked dishevelled with her messy hair loosely tied on top of her head and her make-up smeared.
