Rachel Roy, to create a chic and sophisticated hat to be worn at the
Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs.

The hat will be signed and auctioned on the
Clothes Off Our Back website with 100% proceeds benefiting The Barnstable-Brown Foundation to support diabetes research.

I think Brooke Shields looks so cute with the hat and its for a great cause. The hats at The Kentucky Derby are always so stylish and innovative.
