'Buffy The Vampire Slayer' Movie Remake
Blame this on the newly popular Twilight series. Buffy the Vampire Slayer is being remade, not the tv series with Sarah Michelle Geller, the 1992 movie with Kristy Swanson and Luke Perry. I love that movie.
According to Hollywood Reporter a new and improved Buffy will hit the big screen, nothing like the others. This time around, they want to make Buffy a darker, bigger movie, with potential for sequels.
Original Buffy director Fran Rubel Kuzui is on board, and says, "Everything has its moment. Every movie takes on a life at some point, and this seems like the moment to do this."
What do you think about this new Buffy movie. I think those of us who actually watched the movie and the tv show it will be cool. But I'm not so sure of the new Twilight fans will want to see the premise of the movie be about a girl who kills vampires.
