Cameron Diaz faces Death
Cameron Diaz's father, Emilio Diaz, 58, has passed away this morning from pneumonia. Diaz had been battling the flu, but took a turn for the worse as he developed pneumonia. His death was sudden and unexpected as Diaz was reported to have been in "terrific health" prior to the flu. Emilio Diaz a second generation Cuban American and father of actress Cameron Diaz was a resident of Seal Beach, CA and worked as a oil company foreman. Cameron Diaz was notified of her dad's death while she was working on the set of her new movie "My Sister's Keeper." Production of the movie has temporarily been shut down. No comments have been released by Diaz or her reps.
