Chris Brown Is All Smiles in NY: Plays B-Ball and Poses With Cops

Chris Brown seems to be in good spirits (despite the fact that he will forever be known as a woman-beater) while in New York, as he took part in the Entertainer's Basketball Classic.

At some point, CB had time to pose with some female cops in what I would dare to say is the most ironic picture I've seen all year.  Seriously, did his PR team pay these women to put on cop uniforms and pose with him or what?
