Chris Brown Is Being Sued
Chris Brown is being sued by some guy named Robert Rosen who's claiming that he was beat down my Chris' bodyguard at LA Fitness in March.
Radar claims that back in March Chris and some of his friends were playing basketball when Robert decided to take some pictures of the singer. Chris's bodyguard immediately stepped in and told the guy to leave. When Robert tried to leave he says an LA Fitness employee got in his way, blocking him, and started to manhandle him. Instead of help the guy out, Chris' bodyguard started to whale on him.
Robert is suing both Chris and LA Fitness for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, premises liability and false imprisonment.
I don't understand exactly why Chris is being sued. In the story he never touched Robert. Maybe Chris is the one who ordered the beat down. Anyways, I think that this Rob guy got what he deserved.
