Cynthia Nixon & Christine Marioni Engaged
Sex in the City star, Cynthia Nixon announced at the Action=Marriage Equality rally in midtown Manhattan on Sunday, that she and partner Christine Marioni were engaged.
Although Marionoi was not at the event, Nixon was surrounded by good company including Kristen Davis, David Hyde Pierce, and NY Governor David Paterson.
Marioni, an Education activist, has been in a relationship with Nixon since late 2003. The couple are raising Cynthia’s children together: daughter Samantha, 13, and a son Charles, 7. Both were conceived during Nixon’s 1988-2003 relationship with English professor Danny Mozes.
