Henry Ian Cusick, Desmond on Lost, is facing a legal battle after a woman claims he sexually harassed her.

TMZ is reporting that a sexual harassment lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Chelsea Stone, who claims that Cusick “placed his face on top of [her] breast, moving his face from side to side.”  Stone also claims that he put his hand on her butt and caressed the back of her body while making moaning sounds.

The alleged incident occurred on the set of Lost and ABC and Grass Skirt Productions are also named in the lawsuit.  Stone is seeking unspecified damages.
