Popeater reports that Miss Stripped-of-Her-Crown Carrie Prejean is ready to share her side of the scandalous pageant story about her persecution by liberals and the media in a book called “Still Standing.”
Prejean blames her down fall on her opposition to gay marriage and the “unprecedented personal attacks” that came shortly after.
It continues: “But the 22-year-old won the respect of millions for modeling something other than evening gowns and swimsuits — the courage of standing up for her convictions.”
‘Still Standing,’ which doesn’t have a release date, will detail how Prejean “has been forced to battle the left’s double-standard on free speech and the bias against conservatives — particularly conservative women — who stand up for their beliefs.”
Other juicy topics that will be tackled:
– What happened behind the scenes at the pageant.
– Why she answered Perez Hilton’s question as she did.
– What really led to her losing the crown to first runner-up, Tami Farrell, who has also stated her preference for “opposite marriage.”

i really don’t think people care about carrie’s side of the story. she messed up the end. she’s a stupid girl. if she would have just followed the rules none of this would have happened.
