Drunk Driver Hits Sandra Bullock and Jesse James
Sandra Bullock and husband Jesse James were involved in an auto accident late Friday night in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The couple were being driven home around 9:50 pm Friday evening when 64 year old Lucille Gatchell crossed over into their lane and struck the front end of the private car that they were riding in.When police arrived they issued Gatchell a field sobriety and breathalyzer test. Gatchell blew .20--that's more than two and half times the legal limit people! And she's stink'n 64!! Gatchell was arrested for DUI and failure to stay in her lane. Police Lt. Gerry Cook stated, "They were shaken up, needless to say. But they were fine - he was hugging her. Jess and Sandra were hugging. They said they were fine, they didn't need medical attention." Gatchell has been released from jail and is due in court on Tuesday. There were no injuries reported. Sandra has been in Massachusetts filming her new romantic comedy "The Proposal."
