Emma Watson's New Role

Emma Watson, best known as Hermione from Harry Potter,  has landed a new role.  She will be playing the part of Betsy, a young noblewomen that has been trapped on the island of St. Helena were Napoleon was exiled to, in the new drama Napoleon and Betsy.                                Emma-Watson                                           The part was originally intended for Scarlett Johansson but since the movie is somewhat of a true story and Betsy was only 13 when she met Napoleon the filmmakers decided to cast a younger actress.  Johansson will still co-produce the film.                                                                                            Filming for Napoleon and Betsy will begin this fall and will have to work around Emma's filming of Harry Potter.

That's an awesome picture of her...can't wait to see her break out of the Potter films--but don't get me wrong--I love the potter films too!

She looks so different than when she came out for the Potter films. I hope she does good in this role so she won't be Hermione Granger for her entire life!
